Keyfer was an excellent technician. He arrived 1hr after we first called the office to report our problem. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and open about the issue found. He also clearly explained all the options for resolution. Best plumber I have ever had. Used S-tier plumbing based on recommendations i got from a buddy of mine and I couldn't be more pleased. Had them come out service my water heater and replace a few fixtures throughout my home. Price was fair and attention to detail was great. Couldn't be happier, thanks once again.

We had a bad odor coming from what seemed like the floorboards of our kitchen and decided to give S-tier Plumbing a try.
I had Santiago come out for a free estimate in which he found out, right away, was our water heater venting directly into the crawl space from our basement! Yuck!
He provided us a quote and started on the work the very next day. It was a very involved project including opening up walls from floor to ceiling for two stories and a little bit of roof work.
He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend to anybody I know. Great job S-tier Plumbing!

Had a nasty plumbing emergency over the weekend and Santiago came to the rescue! Our sewer was backing up causing all the bathrooms to flood, a complete nightmare! Within the hour, he fixed the problem and offered us multiple solutions to correct it permanently. Will definitely be calling S-tier plumbing moving forward for all my plumbing needs. S+!

I usually don't write reviews, but this one was definitely worth it. I called 3 plumbers for an issue I was having. They all quoted me in the thousands, and they all wanted to rip up my entire driveway because I have concrete slab. I called S-tier Plumbing and was helped by Santiago. He thoroughly explained the issue and gave me different options on how it could be fixed. He resolved my problem, and I did not need to break my entire driveway to get it fixed. I will be calling him for any other concerns. 5 stars
