Recently we had a kitchen remodeling project done with HB Kitchen Bath. We chose them after a bit of comparison and discussion with their project manager (PM) Wei. He was very nice and explained the details in prior regarding the project. Since we were pretty new to the remodeling work, Wei helped to clarify a lot of construction doubt for us, e.g how to level the surface, choose a proper size kitchen hood, etc. We were learning a lot during the process with their guidance and suggestions.

In addition, the designer Miao we worked with was also very helpful. She helped design and organize the material supply through the process. During the remodeling, one of our material was over sold and the vendor could not deliver on time. Miao helped finding some alternatives in very short time without delaying rest of the project.

Last but not the least, the price they asked was very competitive given the quality shown in the photos.
The team was efficient and responsive. It was a great experience working with them. Thank you again for the work and help provided. I would definitely recommend them!

We contacted Wei Luo (Manager of HB Kitchen Bath Inc.) based on my friend's referral. Since my friend highly recommended him and mentioned we should prepare earlier, we contacted him half year earlier :) We found Wei is very nice and kindness during our first call.

The home we want to do kitchen remodeling is an Eichler Home, which isn't an easy case for most contractors. However, Wei gave us a detailed insight of remodeling plan from the house owner perspective by explaining every plan's pros/cons and providing the reasonable estimates. We felt that Wei fully understood our concerns / how we think and our decision process. So we decided to move forward with Wei after interviewing 4 contractors - we felt so lucky to make that decision in the end.

Wei made the whole process straightforward and seamless. We also bought cabinets and countertop from HB Kitchen which are all in good quality and price reasonable. Wei helped us apply permit and he was very prompt, detailed oriented, analytical, thorough, and can did in his evaluation of plans. He would answer every single question in full details and explain the pros and cons of each options. The workers from his team are very handy and kindness. They would also help you clean up when they finish their daily work, which surprised us a lot. They made progress every day and I felt so good when I checked the remodeling status each time. They finished the whole project within 4 weeks even though he mentioned it may take 6 weeks - you can understand why they are standout among all contractors in Bay Area!! Especially, we are very relax during the whole process thanks to Wei and his team are professional and thorough.

After going to cabinet stores all over the Bay Area and almost going through Home Depot (with bad reviews and unable to reach anyone) my new contractor suggested HB Cabinets on Whipple. These are by far the best cabinets for quality and function. I have a small town house kitchen and Christine N designed a better kitchen than I would have ever dreamed of. Christine designed a custom pantry with the cabinets I ordered that fit in an odd space. She also maximized storage by adding cabinets to the other side of the counter and suggesting extending the quartz a tiny bit. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was very easy to communicate with and I felt very taken care of with her and Jazmine.

Our house had completely remodeled by HB Kitchen and Bath recently. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room had huge transformation to modern clean, minimalist style. All Windows and doors had replaced as well as electrical panel upgraded. My project manager Wei Luo had done excellent job to get this project completed in timely manner and good quality. Highly recommend and appreciated Wei’s professional and leading the project and team to exceed my expectation. Back in March of this year, I had started interviewing contractors. In May, I decided to go with HB Kitchen and Bath after meeting Wei and visited the showroom. Wei gave detail proposal on behalf of home owner perspective and helped me to make right decision on every single details. Wei is very nice and friendly, easy to approach. Always prompt response whenever I reach out. Wei also handled the permits and inspections.

I would also like to shout out his professional team done awesome job transform my house into minimalist modern home. The designer Miao who assists me in shopping materials, pick colors and build the kitchen cabinet design plan. She is not only detail oriented but also super patience even I changed kitchen countertop material and floor material 3 times as well as bathroom materials. The HB crew also kept the site clean and always making sure trashes and boxes were removed end of the day or whenever job completed. Staffs are friendly, professional and easy to communicate and work with. I was very impressed the fact I was able to handle this project along with my full time job without taking any time off simply because Wei managed to handle all. HB Kitchen and Bath provides full home remodeling services that I could sit back and relaxingly enjoy this project. Thank you so much to my project manager Wei and HB teams.

I couldn't have asked for a more stunning master bath, it is beyond what I expected. I have been without a master shower for over a year, Aidan was very patient with our schedule and his crew was always on time, they were very polite and courteous. Jasmine in the office was supportive and attentive. We had searched other companies and not one would provide a fair estimate. I appreciate everything that HB Kitchen/Bath has done, absolutely stunning master bath! love it!! Thank you for all your hard work and commitment.

When I planned to remodel my bathroom I checked some companies and I finally decided to go with HB; They responded to me right away with professional suggestions and fair price quotes. The job was finished on schedule and the final finish was way beyond my expectation. The most impressive part to me was HB did the job as an efficient team, very organized and smooth. Also I was informed of the work description very clearly. They also cleaned the work area everyday (We remodel the bathroom while we were still living there, they tried to make the house as clean as possible, that is very important to me). I am 100% satisfied with HB and will definitely work with them again.

We hired HB to do our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Communication was seamless - the Project Manager Aidan was always quick to respond via text/email to any questions I had during the remodel, and was was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The crew did their best to keep the house clean (covered floor and carpet with cardboard and plastic sheeting, vacuuming debri/dust, etc) which was much appreciated as we lived there with a toddler during the renovations. They worked very quickly and even finished the project ahead of schedule.

His suggestions and recommendations made renovations so much more enjoyable. All of the crew members that we have worked with have been extremely friendly and hard working, often staying later. They have many choices of cabinets, flooring, countertops, and so much more to choose from. They helped us find everything we needed, and brought it to our house. HB completed our master bathroom renovation and we couldn’t be happier! Aidan initially came out to look at the space and was the only vendor who took measurements of the space and provided a detailed quote. This was helpful in the initial process as we had to prioritize certain wishlist to fit our budget. Once the project started we had different crews come at the different stages of the project. The crews were well orchestrated, they picked up after themselves, were courteous and respectful of our home. Any concerns or issues were addressed promptly and the project finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend HB Kitchen and Bath! We can’t wait to do our second bathroom and kitchen in the future!

We had a great experience with HB updating our honey oak kitchen to a cozy, bright, beautiful kitchen. We were lucky enough to get Wei, Aline, and an awesome crew to complete our wishes at a reasonable price, quality products, and professional work ethic. Wei went above and beyond to take care of all our requests. We'll definitely be using HB Home Decor for our 3 bathrooms in the near future!

Their truck made a reckless and unsafe turn onto a narrow street and I felt like I was going to die and the driver refused to acknowledge his unsafe behavior

I was driving from Hayward towards Mission to return to my house. A man driving a truck with this company name and logo attempted to pin my car between a large truck and a small usps vehicle.

When I merged lanes to avoid an accident, the Bhogal Brothers Construction vehicle driver proceeded to follow me to my home. When I reached my house and parked my car, he yelled at me (with his window down so I did not even hear him) then proceeded to speed off at over 50mph in a residential neighborhood.

I called the number on the truck several times, nobody answered, and their voicemail box is full. Please avoid giving this kind of person any business!

Edit 2: It has been about one month since the business owner replied review asking for an email follow up. There has been no reply to my email.

Dear business owner, why did you post a reply with your email if you have no intention of following up? Please spend less time online and more time on fixing your illegal driving behaviors.

These guys show up everyday next door to my house drinking beer, working on a car, making loud noises all day long. Not sure if they're on the clock or not, but 11AM to 6PM I know where their at wearing the uniform. I'd definitely choose someone else, with these guys on the clock, ducking for personal side jobs. If ownership needs proof or cares, I can provide images.

The time from initial consultation and installation for the HVAC and Roofing was fast and provided updates along the way. The Sears portal is also very useful.

Extremely pleased with the roof and the crew installing the roof and gutters! They worked very well together and the job just seemed to fly by. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves. The finished products (roof and gutters) are very nice to look at and work perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

I had a dryer vent that was clogged and I called Insulation & Air Duct Crew they come out really fast and gave me a really good job I will highly recommend them for any air ducts and dryer vent cleaning jobs
