While this company didn't perform any work on my property I felt compelled to write a review because Dennis was so helpful in assisting me in trying to troubleshoot an issue I was having with trying to install a nest thermostat. According to the nest compatibility checker it was telling me that I had a duel fuel system and a Nest rep stated the same and said I would need a PRO installer. This was not the case! I don't have a duel system. I had some questions in regards to my furnace and wiring and Dennis was kind enough to answer my questions and assist me in the install over the phone. I had previously called some other businesses that said they would charge me to come out and look and wouldn't answer basic questions. I highly recommend this company! And if someone ever needs a referral this is the first company I will refer. I believe that you can tell alot about a company when they choose to assist a customer in this way because they are not in it for the money. But genuinely trying to help someone out. I successfully installed my system myself and saved about $100 in the process. Thank you again Dennis for all your assistance today!

DO NOT use this company. Terrible customer service. One of their workers just left our house after being incredibly rude. He was very aggressive and threatening to my father who speaks very little English. BY FAR the worst company I have ever worked with. Don’t use these guys unless you want to be threatened, want aggressive service, and blatant racism. Better train your employees!

We hired them to install our new Viking dishwasher. The did a absolutely horrible job. The kick plate wasn't even. The bottom of the dishwasher would swing in and out of the cabinet opening.

And the worse part of it was that THEY DRILLED HOLES into our $1,500 Viking dishwasher instead of using the brackets they were supposed to use as per the installation manual.

We called the manager, Rafael, and he was unhelpful. He didn't understand that he techs shouldn't be drilling holes into high end appliances.

Ceiling feels brand new, highly recommend them!

I just wanted to thank Fernando and his crew for doing an outstanding job on my mother’s furnace replacement. He showed up right at the beginning of the service call window and tried to get a replacement part for a 35 year old G. E. Furnace but was unable to locate it locally. We were given a very reasonable and fair price on a new furnace .We weighed our options and they came back out later that night last Friday and installed a new furnace. They were very polite and did a great job. I would recommend there Service to everyone I know. Thx Again !!!
