Fast and friendly service. And they offer after hours which is great.

Snaked through the roof, 2 days later it was clogged. No warranty what so ever. Guy came and was pushing for a $1,800 cut off so it could be easier for them to snake next time. Charged $380 for simple snaking.

I have called them at least 3 times. They are extremely professional, fair and reasonable prices and stand behind their work. The person in the office always gives a good time estimate, she is pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I’m so thankful to Cesar and his team for helping us with a sewer lateral issue. I initially called Cesar (who was highly recommended to me) because we had a clog in our sewer lateral -- he answered right away, and they arrived shortly after. They quickly cleared the clog and determined it was caused because of an offset pipe. Cesar provided us with a detailed quote for the repair we’d need, clearly explaining the scope of the work, process, and timeline.

On the day of the repair, his team showed up on time and kept me updated as they were working on it -- showing me the broken pipe, explaining how they would repair it, and after repairing it, scoping the entire pipe to check for any other issues. They needed to access the pipe which was in our front garden, and they took such great care. After they finished, I couldn’t even tell they had been there.

Cesar and his team are professional, trustworthy, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I will always go to Cesar for any plumbing work we need, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Cesar!
