I called Rooter Hero on Saturday evening and a technician came over in a hour. Bryan was very professional and handled the plumbing issue in about 30 minutes. This is my 2nd time using rooter hero and would recommend their service.

Fantastic experience. Kent was quick to arrive, quick to assess and diagnose, and quick to resolve the issue. He was polite, personable, and made me feel completely at ease during the whole process - one that was causing me some concern as it was a potential flooding of my garage. Great work - and would love to work with him again... anytime.

Logan was great to work with on our drain issue. He was very courteous and had reached out to let me know what time he'd be there. He was done within 30 minutes of arriving and took care of the backed up drain. He was very conscientious of making sure water did not get all over the place and that was appreciated!
