Krishna did an excellent job. He is definitely a great plumber and also has very good PR. We had quite a bit to fix with backed up pipes in our bathroom in a 60 year old home. Leonard at Service Hero went above and beyond in repairing a faulty wax seal on one of our toilets. He actually installed a double seal just to help avoid future problems. Rates were VERY fair and response time was very quick. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Overall, It was a very good experience with Rescue rooter team. I was able to schedule an appointment late in the night. They are truly 24x7. Help desk team was very professional, courteous and friendly. All responses were timely. Field technician showed up on time and diagnosed the issue accurately. Kudos to Rescue Rooter team !

Jay, I believe knew exactly what he needed to do to fix my plumbing problem. He is courteous on time and if he’s going to be late, he always informed me by phoning. After replacing my completely old and clogged
pipes with new ones he cleaned up and took all the garbage with him. My double sinks and my shower now drain perfectly and we are very pleased.

Ed did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain the issues and made sure I understood. A few nights earlier another gentleman from Service Hero Plumbing came out to fix the initial clog and he was equally professional, kind and informative. These are great people that know what they are doing, in my opinion.

Try 10 times to clear it with regular machine and then brought in the hydro jet💥 it was cleared.

After clearing the line Jose put the camera all the way to the street. Pipe was good just too much TP and wipes 🧻

All of the above was done in a very friendly and cordial manner which was very much appreciated.

I felt like a lot of unnecessary tasks of trial and error were carried out. Person doing the unclogging had to call a supervisor in the end to come and oversee the work. This took 4 hours long. When from the beginning I had asked that they blast the pipes with jets, because every year in the sunset area the pipes get full of sand and this is something that the homeowners are used to and so after all of this long time it was decided that blasting the pipes is the best course of action. Then the following day they came and did the jet blast for the pipes and now everything seems to be working.
But perhaps the worst part was that all the sewage water was dumped on my front lawn over and over and left for me to deal with. I wish that they had asked before they did this because I would have asked them to dump it on the street drain.
The supervisor was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable I wish that the person carrying out the task initially had been more competent in his job. Because to me that was the biggest waisting of time.
