Victor helped us with our water heater. I called the company a night before because I heard exploding noises and fire coming out of our water heater. I was frantic at the time and didn’t know who to call. Luckily, I had their business sticker on our water heater. I immediately called that number and one of the staff answered my call. They got me in the following morning. Victor was the tech who helped us out. Because our house burned down many years ago, I had prior trauma And concerns over our water heater. However, Victor was very considerate and responsive to my questions and concerns. He gave me a variety of options on how to fix the issue. I opted to replace the damage burner and I am glad I did! He even showed me pictures of the damaged item. As a first time homeowner, I wasn’t aware of any maintenance needed, but Victor was kind enough to show me how to do it. He even flushed our tank and I was appalled by how much chemicals/salt that was in that tank. No wonder I was losing so much hair! Also, Victor was kind enough to let me know that we may benefit from a water filter system.

The whole process took about 1 hour. I was mindful of his time as he was scheduled to see other customers. However, Victor was really kind to explain and help me out with my situation. Awesome customer service!

I called on a holiday. Try were able schedule me within an hour and half. Brain was very professional clean and efficient. Thus is the third time we used this company. Satisfied customer.

Our 20 year old water heater finally gave out. We called the number on the water heater and they came out promptly and we decided to replace the unit. This was on Christmas Eve. Ernesto was quick, very professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anybody.

Our water heater gave out early Saturday morning. There was water everywhere. I called Water Heater Specialists and they were here within 90 minutes on a SATURDAY at 7am.m without an appointment. The technician Rene was great and did a top installation and answered all our questions. Good company, good people with good service and prices. Really happy and would recommend anyone to give them a call for water heater issues.

Woke up at 7:30 am to my 1 of 2 water heaters gushing water, flooding my garage. Called this company. Immediately spoke to a real person who was able to set up an appt at 8:30 - 10. Brian came on time, courteous, and suggested I replaced the water heaters since they were installed in early 90s. Prices are standard but fair.
He got to work and finished by 2 pm. Amazing.

Thank you Ernesto from Water Heater Specialist. He is a true hero for my water heater issue. My home had a water heater leakage during the night. The next morning, I called their services. Ernesto came out within a hour. He identified the issue and educated me on his services. Unfortunately, the water heater had to be replaced due to its age. On the brightside, he was able to break down the cost of replacement and made sure my home would be receiving the best service. The whole service took 3 hours, however it felt faster than expected. I would definitely recommend Ernesto & his team for your water heater needs. Much appreciated for your assistance in my time of need. Amazing customer service and knowledgeable in his line of work.

Overall good experience. They were quick and seemingly knowledgeable. However what was quoted on initial phone call was quite different than what was quoted in person with Ernesto. Seems like this should be straightforward and consistent. Product installation was overall fine, however our previous water heater brand did keep water warmer more consistently.

Jesus was our technician who came out to help us with our leaking water heater. He arrived within 2 hours of calling and reviewed our unit from top to bottom. He went through his findings and suggested solutions. He broke down what needed replacement. He updated our whole area where the water heater sits and the all fixtures. He took some time to get it done. It looks great and I don't think we will need to worry about it for many years. He was very nice, knowledgable and patient. I would definitely recommend him.

I discovered our water heater was leaking and called Water Heater Specialists. They advised me how to shut it off and said they could come that day to check it out. After inspecting it, it was determined the unit needed to be replaced (not surprised as it was very old). Brian had everything he needed in his truck and everything was ready to go in a couple hours. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I will be using them again if ever needed!

9 years old Rheem water heater leaked at midnight. Called them at 1AM. Was asked to call back at 7AM to schedule repair/replacement. Their technitian arrived by 10AM and by noon I had a brand new heater installed. Very prompt response and execution. Greatly satisfied.

They showed up promptly and replaced the new tank at once. The gas control wasn’t functioning properly and they tried to fix it. They come back next morning and change with another new tank and it is working now. Keeping professionalism and easy to talk is my favorite experience with them. Kudos to Sesak V.

Brian was efficient, ontime and did the job of installing new water heater professionally. Was friendly,explaining every process that is necessary for the longevity of the water heater. He did the job efficiently within two hours and was done.

I will highly recommend the services of this Company. It was a little bit pricey installing a new heater but was worthy it.

We couldn’t have been happier with our service from Rescue Rooter. We called for service at about 8:30 am and Jose was here by about 11:30. He was nice, professional and very knowledgeable about our specific problem. He even gave me some tips for helping make sure we don’t have the problem in the future. While not the cheapest plumbing service I’ve ever dealt with, you get what you pay for and Jose was a delight to deal with and our issue was corrected in less than 4 hours after our initial call. We would absolutely call them again.

My experience with Leonard Washington from Service hero was very positive. He is very knowledgeable and was able to analyze the bathtub leak issue better than anyone else. He gave me a couple of valuable advises and fix the issue very quickly. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job you might have.
