From call on my leaking heater to install was less than 24 hrs. The install by Lucas took under 3 hrs and he spent the time showing me how to use the controls. Cleaned up afterwards, very happy

Sean was great! Honest, informative, patient, and did great work! Sean went above and beyond to replace my ruptured water heater. While I hope I won't have anymore water heater issues in the near future, if I do, Sean is the only guy I wanna see to fix it.

This was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a home repair. My wife spoke to the owner, who she said was great to talk to, didn't condescend, and made her feel like he was actually helping us think about and solve our issue. The technician who came to the house, Sean, was professional, patient, showed up when he said he would, and did excellent work. He's also, in my opinion, a good person who cares about how he is seen and how the job turns out.

Wesley did a great job on a Saturday afternoon. Was without hot water for only half a day. He cleaned up after the install and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. Couldn’t be happier.

We called and spoke with Paul about our tankless water heater. We had an electrical problem and had inadvertently forgot to reset the breaker correctly. Not thinking about the electricity situation, we called Paul and he told us to check the breakers because it sounded to him like an electrical thing. He said he didn't want to charge us to come to the house and then find out it was a simple matter of turning the breakers back to on. So we had our son go down to the basement (the breakers are in the basement) and check them. Sure enough, two of the breakers were in the off position. As soon as we fixed that, the water heater came back to life. Thanks, Paul!!!

I highly recommend Water Heater Only Hayward. I contacted 4 different businesses, and it was the most transparent in terms of what I was getting and pricing.

My previous water heater was discontinued in production, so I had to replace it with a new model. Alex B visited my place, answered questions, and gave me a quote. The model, pricing and labor cost etc was officially documented, ensuring no hidden costs and fewer moving parts. In contrast, other businesses only gave me a rough quote and were not clear about what replacement model would be installed. Once I decided to go with Alex's proposal, he visited my place again and described what would be done. He delivered as promised. Alex was punctual and very professional. Note: They also accept credit cards for payment.

Had a leaking old water heater that was replaced by Dan the same day. He did a good job and fixed some stuff that was out of code from the previous installation. Install was on the pricey side but I didnt have time to get multiple quotes due to the leak.

Water heater stopped working and I hoped they could repair it but they said parts obsolete and no choice other than replacing. Chrys went a got the new tank and had it all done in a few hours. A little expensive but I needed it done. I was really lucky to have Chrys as the technician, he was knowledgeable, polite and very efficient.

From the initial call to the next day installation the service was quick, efficient and honest. Repair person Sean L. Communicated his arrival time and stuck to it. He cleaned up and worked quickly and he is a very nice guy. Exceptional service.

I am 100% satisfied with this company and with the job they did to replace my water heater. They were prompt with the estimate appointment, and the quote was very reasonable. The day of installation the technician, "Loni", called me to let me know his estimated arrival time and he did arrive on time.

I've been around long enough to know a company is only as good as their people they hire. Water Heaters Only should feel blessed to have Loni on their team. Not only is he polite and professional, but he's also a really decent guy. His work was perfection. He communicated clearly, made an adjustment in order to accommodate a clearance issue I had, and did a really nice job.

Lucas arrived at my home within the timeframe he mentioned over the phone. It’s also great that this company provides a link to track their route to help manage your schedule. I had two technicians come in for a quote prior to Lucas and he was first one who actually took out his tape measure and asked to check the vent coming from my backyard.

Lucas was professional and efficient. I had a follow up question the next day and left a message to their front office and he immediately returned my call within 5 minutes.

The service person who came out (Wesley) to replace the water heater was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He got the work done within the time period he stated, cleaned up and had everything back to normal. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great service. I called on a Sunday and Monday Lucas was here. Lucas was very professional and courteous. He called about half hour before he got here and again when he arrived. He worked steadily for several hours to replace our water heater and the job was clean and well done. Highly recommend water heaters only and Lucas!
