We have hired Monarch Plumbing on multiple occasions. Today they replaced a nonworking water heater in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Previously, they completely replaced the ancient drains in our house, installed a utility sink, and fixed many small nonworking or leaking items. In all cases, the work was done properly and efficiently. Their plumbers have always been completely honest, communicated clearly, did what they said they were going to do, never left a mess and were great guys to hang out with even though no one wants plumbing problems.

Eli and his team was amazing! They were punctual when they arrived to the property, extremely kind and knowledgeable of every issue they came across.

On the spot, he was able to give suggestions on how to fix all issues and provided an in depth report!

As a Realtor, I am going to call Eli for all my deals moving forward. Homeowners, use Eli and his team you will only be left with satisfactory results.

Monarch responded quickly and put significant effort into helping us with our clogged main sewer line. Mr. Cruz, in particular went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate the professionalism of Monarch and Mr. Cruz! We had a double clean out installed and it isn't a cheap fix, but their prices are reasonable and the work was long overdue.

Monarch is our go to for any issues when it comes to our toilets and sinks. We have relied on them since 2019 when our issues were happening and they have been excellent every time. Yesterday, we had issues with our kitchen sink backing up. They had someone show up in the next 2 hours. We got a guy named Cruz. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He called a few minutes before arriving to get more information. He gave us pricing and different options to the situation. We wanted him to try the cheaper route before exhausting the most expensive way. It didn't work. We figured have no other option than the expensive way and offered to come back the next day with a partner and not charge us for the first day. We will see how today goes, but I have always had a great experience with Monarch and all their employees who came to help our plumbing needs.

Installing a check valve on my tankless system and recirculating pump, faster than expected, and had a great demeanor and friendly. Ensure work was done correctly before he left as well.

12/19/25 Called around 8:00am as I was having an issue with my kitchen sink area not draining properly. Monarch advertised a $77 dollar snake fee, which sounded extremely reasonable. Monarch said they could have someone out between 12-1 today. I said great, then received a call from Jack asking if he could come early!!! :-) I said GREAT and he arrived 22 minutes later just like he said, just after 11:00am. Jack did an AWESOME job locating my blockage, had me back in business in no time. Then offered to do an inspection while he was here, I know this just keeps on getting better. Jack scoped my main line with a camera and explained what he was seeing the entire time. I could not be happier with my first experience with Monarch Plumbing or with the incredible professional young man they sent out. Oh, and my cost, $77 dollars just like they advertised.

It's nice to see there's still companies out there that believe in good old fashion service and hire the right people for the job... Well done today Monarch Plumbing and Jack!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Jack and German from Monarch Plumbing.

Jack was very prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue that had been giving us trouble in his first visit. What really stood out was his patience in explaining the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand.

After diagnosing the problem, Jack returned promptly with German, and they both completed the repair fast and efficiently. Moreover, everything was left clean and tidy afterward. Both Jack and German were very polite, and the customer service offered by Monarch Plumbing was excellent.

I had great experience with Monarch Plumber crew today with Eli and Herman. My kids restroom with 2 sinks was clogged up over the weekend, I was happy to able get an appointment next day through online. When Eli arrived he automatically ask if he needs to use shoe cover because kids restroom is upstairs and he noticed we leave slippers downstairs. They were able to change the sink pipe and declog the line in timely manner. This is the 1st time I used this company and I’m very happy to recommend their service. Great guy with so much knowledge. Thank you Monarch with fast service.

I would highly recommend Monarch plumbing. Very good company quality work. Cruz came and helped me out at our house with two sinks that were clogged up. Not only did he unclog the sinks he changed out the P-trap that the last handyman installed incorrectly. Cruz does quality work and is also very respectful. He always contacted me when job was finished or if there was a little problem that he can still fix. I would highly recommend Monarch Plumbing Cruz is the man to go. I will definitely call Monarch Plumbing for future problems.

I had an excellent experience with Eli. I submitted a service request late last night, and he was at my home promptly at 8:00 AM the very next morning.
Eli was extremely professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. I had a major leak in my primary bedroom that completely soaked the carpet. He performed a thorough water test and discovered that the leak was coming from inside the wall behind the shower. He opened the wall, clearly showed me where the problem was, explained what caused it, and walked me through how it was repaired. Everything was fixed properly and with great care.
While he was there, I showed him a second issue in another bathroom that initially seemed minor. Eli took the time to investigate further and found underlying issues from previous work, including a loose toilet. He addressed everything the same day, came fully prepared with the necessary tools, and made sure the job was done right.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for my home. He left the work area extremely clean — floors were mopped and everything was tidied up before he left.
Great pricing, excellent communication, and top-notch service. Eli was wonderful to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest plumber.

Had a job that had to be done kind of quick. Called in the morning and the plumber showed up in the afternoon as promised.It was a little more than I expected but he finished that night and did a great job. I will definitely call them again.Juan gave me a great deal and I don't think anyone else could have beat it.

Juan was very patient and thorough in his plumbing services. We had a cracked and clogged main line that Juan was able to clear for us with ease. When there was a technical issue with recording the camera snake, Juan came back another day with the right equipment to finish the job correctly with a dvd of our pipes for future reference. Great customer service, will definitely use them again and refer to others who are in need of plumbing services.

I am so thrilled with Antonio and his crew. They were so polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. They replaced my front water main even going under the house, replaced my toilet flange, and even patched the stucco another terrible plumber left when he failed to fix a leak. AND replaced the toilet tank flusher and installed my new seat, which wasn’t even on the work order. Absolutely above and beyond. I feel so relieved I have everything fixed properly. I give them all my highest recommendation.
