Eli and Cruz were fantastic. They remedied our plumbing issue with a temporary solution and gave us a fair assessment for the permanent fix. They were incredibly transparent, using the camera to show us the actual problem rather than guessing or overselling like others have done in the past. If you want plumbers who are honest, hardworking, and thorough, I highly recommend this team.

We had a clog in our laundry room sink that also affected the kitchen sink—water simply wouldn’t drain. I first called another plumbing company, and after three hours of running a snake through the line, they still couldn’t fix the issue. They then told me it would cost $1,800 for hydro-jetting. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted Monarch Plumbing. I’m so glad I did. Edgar arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and resolved the problem with hydro-jetting in just 30 minutes. The total cost was $375, a fraction of what I had been quoted before. I will absolutely call Monarch again if I ever have another sewer issue.

Had a great experience with Tony and the team at Monarch. There was a leak in my kitchen drain pipe (old house with galvanized steel pipes in some areas), and Tony was able to quickly see it, point out the proces to get it fixed, and provide me with a quote and detailed breakdown of the work within the same appointment. I also had him quote me to replace an old water heater. After accepting the estimate, they came out to do the work 2 days later. Super prompt, very fast, and very communicative. I'm very satisfied with the results. Will work with them again for any future plumbing needs.

Monarch did a sewer line replacement for us in San Ramon. The crew (Adrian, Jason, Manual, Nelson, Candelario) did a great job, from pulling permits, to doing the work and clean up/restoration after. It was a big job, from the house to the main under the street, and everything went smoothly. Jose, the owner was very helpful and responsive, as was Diana who works in the office. Monarch was recommended by my neighbor who had similar work done a couple years ago and we're very glad we went with them. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Jack @ Monarch. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in diagnosing the cause of our clogged pipe; he climbed under the house to look at the pipe as well as placed a camera in the pipe. Jack took care of the immediate issue of the clog and offered a plan for a permanent repair. Very pleased with the service Jack provided. Oh and he was on time!

Eli did a great job helping fix a leak. He showed up on time, and was quickly able to identify the issue. He also did a couple of additional checks to ensure that it does not happen again anytime soon. Great service, would hire again!

Monarch Plumbing is fortunate to have a dedicated professional like Eli on their team. He took great pride in his work while inspecting the sewage system of my newly purchased home. Eli and his crew, Hector and Ernesto, fixed a bathtub pipe leak that spanned two floors. Despite it being a big job, the process was easy for me. I was in remote meetings the entire time, and they were quiet and discreet. They clearly explained the problem and the fix, their work felt trustworthy, and they provided a detailed written report I can use for insurance. I’ll definitely call them again for future plumbing issues!

I was recommended Monarch by a family member who uses them for his businesses and I was very happy with their service. Tony helped me with a blocked sewage line and was always available to answer my questions and explain my options. He was friendly and great to work with and I would definitely use Monarch again.

My only problem was that my bathroom floor was scratched by some heavy duty machinery that should not have been brought into the house.

Over the past few years, my wife and I have called Monarch Plumbing on at least four occasions to help us with plumbing-related problems. I had 2 clogged bathroom toilets and showers.i called Monarch and they had someone out in 2 hours. They arrived on time and were great. They unclogged both drains and took a picture of sewer line. Tony and his partner explained and show issue.

I called Monarch to have a wall mounted faucet replaced in my kitchen. My wall hook ups are a bit outdated, but Cruz and Hector were able to figure out how to put a great new faucet on an old house. They were great at communicating (arrival time, service logistics, cost), gave me a fair price, and were very sweet and respectful. I'll be calling them for any plumbing need in the future!

Had the pleasure of Jack and Cruz work on our major toilet leak when flushed. And sink replacement. They were available same day.
