Plumbing The Bay replaced our leaking 20+ year old toilet. Juan was our plumber, and he showed up on time, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Juan explained the issue and gave us a couple of options on how to proceed. Their customer service is also great. They followed up after the initial appointment and provided a detailed quote. We did not get a quote from another plumber, so I can't comment on how reasonable their prices are, but the workmanship and customer service were excellent.

Our service tech Jeremy Mills was excellent. Clear communications and strong work and service ethic.

I thought the cost of the work (water heater replacement) seemed somewhat outrageous. But hey, it is the Bay Area and everything is outrageous. In the case of a failed water heater price shopping was pretty difficult. AND what was great was that this company responded to us right away and installed the heater the next day.

The phone was answered by a lovely and knowledgeable woman. When I contacted, it was almost 5:00 p.m., but she was still able to arrange for a technician to come to our house the next day. Jameson, our technician, was a very polite and knowledgable young man. He worked quickly and successfully removed the impediment that we had been trying to remove on our own. We talked while he toiled. It turns out that he was born and raised in the same area as us! Jameson cleaned the cabinet floor and the floor outside the cabinet once he had done cleaning our pipelines.
