My review is long overdue! In 2024 Fareed flushed our water heater and snaked the sewer lateral. I called him again because we were smelling a musty stagnant water smell coming from the drains in the main bathroom. I was afraid the pipes were leaking or backing up. Fareed to the rescue! He said the drains just needed to be flushed with a mixture of vinegar and baking soda and recommended a tool to use that is available from any hardware or big box store. Easy peasy (and he was really interested in our rabbit, which was sweet)!

I hired Wave Plumbing to replace a water shut off valve for our pool. The replacement valve became defective weeks after and it was replaced free of charge. I was so impressed that they backup their service that I hired them again for a larger job to remove some old gas line running outside our home. A+ service!

I was in need for plumber on Sunday morning. He picked up my early morning call. Told me will be there between 10:30-11:30 and he showed up within the time frame. Unclog the toilet. Recommend me to get a new one and of course explained why I should replace. I have dealt with other plumbers they said the same thing to replace but do not give reasons. But I like the way he approaches the issue. I have decided to replace it. His cost for plumbing job is below market for emergency Sunday . Thank you and I highly recommend him.

My landlord reached out to Wave Plumbing and Heating after the water heater at our condo started to make rumbling noise like a running motor. Once we sent them the pictures, video, and description of the issue, their plumber provided a ETA and he showed up on time. He ended up replacing the whole water heater due to severe leaking signs which took him around 7 hours. Even that, he stayed late to ensure we fully understand what needs to be on the look out for the next couple days and steps to take in case there's sign of leaking or strange noise.

Great experience with Hydroworks Plumbing. They really go an extra step to take care of the job. We got Main sewer Line replaced in San Mateo and they knocked it out in pretty short anount of time. Left property cleaned like nothing happened befoe.

Old copper pipe to install between shutoff valve and a pro pressed fitting now the copper between the job they have done is leaking. They saying its not covered…. Don’t get your plumbing repair here. Doing shortcut and cheaply putting old copper pipes.
