Chris Plumbing is the "best" at trouble shooting and repairs to your home plumbing and sewer systems. The office and field staff are professional and take to the time and explain the repairs clearly. Fees for services are reasonable and they work home/business visits within your schedule.

The plumber arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and found a less expensive way to resolve it. He did the work quickly, explained potential future problems, and was very professional tue whole time.

I had a small repair job. I called Chris' Plumbing and was scheduled with Revlon, who had been at our house before. He was delayed by earlier jobs, but when he arrived, he did the job quickly and to our satisfaction. I have had several Chris' Plumbing plumbers over the years and they are all professional and accommodating.

We have used Chris Plumbing for many years. They are reliable and always show up to do a professional job. This Thanksgiving we had a break in a major sewer line, they assembled a crew who worked on the holiday and day after to complete this major excavation and repair......and...the price was reasonable. We had been dreading this particular scene for 25 years...when it happened, the people at Chris Plumbing took over and did what was required with the least amount of disruption in our lives and in the lives of our tenants. I would definetly recommend using Chris Plumbing for jobs both small and large.

Israel did a superb job of replacing an old water heater with a new one. Installation was very tricky for multiple reasons and required a lot of problem solving. Israel was calm and communicative throughout the process.

These are THE GUYS TO CALL! Our commercial building experienced a catastrophic leak causing our water bill to jump from about $50 a month to $17,000! Plumbing the Bay was out there the next day, found the leak (even though it was in a buried untraced PVC pipe), dug it up, repaired it and all within hours and at a very reasonable price. These guys are real professionals and they take obvious pride in what they do.

The team at Plumbing The Bay are great! They were able to clear my kitchen line that other plumbers were not and repaired my mainline sewer that had collapsed. And they pulled permits with the city and passed inspection on the first attempt.

Plumbing The Bay technician Hawthorne Schiff did a very good job in fixing water leaking from one of Jacuzzi bathtub pipes.

I called several plumbers looking for a good price and quick service. Plumbing the Bay turned out to have both. I needed a new water line from meter to house. The guy showed up on time and quickly got the job done and even put in an extra outdoor faucet free of charge! I do recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Israel was fantastic! He was very nice and very helpful. He came to look at the sump pump and he found a pipe was leaking. I really appreciate his help. Great customer service!

Tech arrived on time in just one day. Pulled the piping from the well , tested all components and found several leaks in the pipes. Repaired everything and reassembled the entire well. Including parts the bill was about the same as Pacific Coast Well and Pump for just arriving at your house. I have been fighting well issues for several years and finally everything is resolved. Shawn Gill recently finished a very difficult plumbing work for me, he identified several severe water leak sources, replaced the faulty valves, worked till dusk to complete his work, and stop the leak. He's a very dedicated plumber who does an excellent job, whom I'll recommend to anyone!

Jose was great! It was not easy to unclog this drain, which had been stuck for years, but he didn't give up, and with some help from Michael, got the job done! The bill was very reasonable for us seniors also.

Saved my life on a Sunday! Needed water heater pilot re-lit after a dryer install that wasn’t up to par on Saturday caused me to have no hot water for 24 hrs. GREAT SERVICE and will definitely use again!

I originally asked for a snake job and a pipe locating service and was quoted $250/hour for this. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that he did not have the required equipment for the pipe locating service. He informed me the dispatched said he didn't need it even though I clearly asked for it. Since he was on site, I had him snake the line so it would drain at least. I will admit, this was a heck of a clog, around 75FT from the access point, so it was not extremely quick. Upon finishing, I was told the total was $630 for 2.5 hours of work. Already, charging $250/hour for just a snake was excessive, but doing the math, 2.5 * 250 does not equal the total charge. I asked why the difference and they informed me that there was an ADDITIONAL "equipment fee" because they had to use their own equipment...apparently I was supposed to supply my own snaking equipment and pipe locating equipment (which they purposely did not bring to the site in the first place) to avoid this fee (I would have done it myself if I had the equipment).

I do not recommend this company! The plumber on-site was very professional, but the office will squeeze every penny out of you and charge extra fees that are not communicated up front and, honestly, make no sense to even charge. Stay away!!
