Fareed quickly responded to my inquiry online to replace 4 faucets (18yrs old) and 2 toilets. We exchanged text messages with pictures and where to buy the material. He was able to get the fixture and toilets I wanted. It was nice of him to do most of the work. We schedule a time. He was efficient even thought he was faced with challenges he cleaned up after himself…a bonus for me! He was informative about the repair he was doing and give me good suggestions that was to my best interest for longevity of the replacements. He also shared how to protect water damage. After calling a couple of different places on Sunday morning, I settled on Wave Plumbing & Heating, as they gave me the better price points and could send someone out sooner than the rest. He was able to provide me a few options on water heaters and was able to pick up a replacement, and installed it for me all within a few hours time. Despite the limited space he had for the installation, he did an excellent job explaining things as he went along, and also explained how to get the most out of my replacement unit. Highly recommend, and would definitely call again should anything else happen requiring emergency attention. Really appreciated the service response on a Sunday.
