After months of paying a high water bill I finally called a plumber to see if I had a leak. I found USA Leak Detectors on Yelp after getting a higher quote from another company that was referred to me. I made an appointment and Steve and Khalil showed up on time with all their state of the art equipment in tow. They started looking for the leak immediately. With in 15 minutes they pinpointed the leak. They marked off the area and continued to do a thorough search of any other leaks on the property. As they were looking around both Steve and Khalil answered all of my questions. They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything plumbing related. I received a quote for the work that they had to do. They give senior discounts as well as military. We thought the price was reasonable and decided to go with them. In a few hours they sent over a husband and wife duo, Josue and Ana. They started the work right away by digging the marked off area. During their excavation they discovered the broken pipe was under the concrete between the main house and the adu. Josue suggested we reroute the pipe and put the shut off valve on the outside of the adu. It was a much more expensive job than quoted but Steve negotiated the price and we agreed to pay a little more for the materials needed. They completed the job within 3 hours and my leak had finally stopped!
I am extremely satisfied with all the work everyone did. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable and performed their work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing related needs.

I had a leak of clean water coming into the entryway of a 2 story converted garage, right underneath a stairwell from above, maybe rain, maybe from the bathroom plumbing above. From my description USALD were able to tell me what the issue probably was, which they confirmed on a visit to the location with a moisture meter. Steve and Khalil came quickly, confirmed and explained their diagnosis (a toilet overhaul replacing the wax ring, flange, and inside workings in the tank was needed). The repair was done quickly and well, issue solved. Thank you very much.

If you're looking for a real review allow me to share my amazing experience with this company. Long story short, I called in and asked for someone to come by and inspect my house for my water leak as I was suspecting a slab leak since I couldnt find any signs of a leak in the house. This is when I met Steve the licensed Leak detection technician. He came out with his guys and used fancy equipment which allowed him to accurately locate the leak. Not only the leak was in the slab but he was able to find the source location in the slab with his fancy equipment. During his diagnosis I got to talk with him and gained trust in him that he's not here to screw me over but only to help me out which was his only mission, to help people! He explained few options for me which was either a spot treatment or a re-route of the cold water line that way a future leak is easily found and a cheaper repair. Also, he explained the risk of spot treatment and future leaks in regard to old underground piping. Now the good stuff! I asked him for an estimate to re-route my cold water line and he gave me a great deal. I was proud to spend the money. He sent out his plumbing crew which is called the 'Plumbing Guys'. The head plumber technician is Jose. He came out with his crew and efficiently knocked out the whole job in one day. He added many valves and fittings! I felt like a valued customer. So yes you guys I highly recommend Steve and Jose to take care of all your leak issues or plumbing issues! Thank you Steve and thank you Jose! USA Leak Detector is AWESOME. We worked extensively with Steve, Jose, David and their team. We first used them for leak detection. They were able to find that we had a large leak in the in the slab of our floor. Unfortunately the only way to repair that was to open up the floor into the slab or re-route our entire piping system. I had reached out to 4 different plumbers to get their opinion on options and estimates. USA Leak Detector had significantly better prices and was able to do the job in 2 days vs everyone else said it would take 5 days or more. We also had asbestos in the walls which made everything more complicated. They were able to find us an affordable and reliable asbestos abatement company. They were always so easy to get in touch with and were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be recommending them to all of our friends and family that need plumbing services. We are so grateful for USA Leak Detector and can now relax knowing we have all new pipes in the house and everything was done well

These people are the best. We had a sudden water leak from a supply line in a ceiling. We called them and received a response almost immediately. Steve and Khalil showed up at the site before me. They used an imaging moisture meter to locate areas where water came from and went. They located the source of the leak and carefully opened the drywall to expose a broken coupling. They referred me their contractor for drywall repairs who also showed up right away and who assured me that the damage would be fixed and job complete within days.
I could not be happier with the results.

Highly not recommended. They give up on pinpointing the leaking place, didn't show on the second appointment, pivot my attention to the rerouting service, and force charging me the money if I don't go with their contractor. I have to find American leak detection to solve my problem.

am extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially given the cost. I contacted them after receiving unusually high water bills for several months. The plumber misdiagnosed the cause of the issue, which was very disappointing. Based on their ads and positive Google reviews, I expected a professional and reliable service, but my experience was far from it.

They identified leaks in the irrigation system, marked a few spots with flags, and claimed the issue was resolved. However, even after those repairs and eventually capping and shutting off the irrigation system entirely, my water bill was still $800. This has led me to seriously question their expertise.

Despite numerous phone calls and messages, most went unanswered. On the rare occasions they did respond, they failed to keep multiple scheduled appointments. To make matters worse, the primary focus of their visit seemed to be asking for a review rather than addressing the actual problem.

Initially, I was impressed by their confidence, but the end result has been nothing but frustration, disappointment, and significant financial loss. Hence, the 1-star review.

Kahilil and Steve arrived promptly on time to detect a potential sprinkler system leak. I knew there was a small leak by the control valve and a garden sprinkler but didn't think it would amount to so much consumption of water. When discussing with Kahlil he said that is what is really causing the issue and there was no need to do a leak detection test and said they will not charge me $499 leak detection. These guys are honest and ethical and I highly recommend them.

I would like to state that Steve and Khaili are quick responsive and determine to find any leak that is causing any issues for landlords and property managers.

I have used USA Leak Detector company multiple times for varies different jobs. They are always quick, responsive and problem solvers. They are always just one call away.

They helped me find a leak that was under a concrete slab that we were looking for over a week. They arrived to the job site the next day and ran some helium through the water meters to help locate the leak. Once we repaired the leak they came back to test again to make sure there was no other leaks. My client and myself were very satisfied with their rapid responsive and knowledge.

I had a main water pipe burst underground outside of my house on Thursday night, had to call Fire Department to shut off water. Steve and Khalil arrived early morning on Friday, they located the leak. Then they explained my options to me, and provided more than one option. They recommended me plumbers to fix. It worked out well for me.
