Hello, I had a great experience with Star Rooter on 7/5/25! They responded quickly to my emergency call, arrived within an hour, and fixed the plumbing problem (the middle handle that turns on the water to turn on the shower broke), The technician Josh, was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. The price was reasonable:)
We will continue to keep using Star rooter for any future plumbing issues as well as refer to the rest of our family:)

Julio and his team did an amazing job repairing a cracked pipe underneath my bathtub. Julio was upfront about the cost, explained the repair process clearly, and gave me a realistic timeline. After the repair was complete, his team spent extra time cleaning up all affected areas and even the walkways. Highly recommend!

We had Josh and his team. They did all new pipes and new hot water heater. He also did a toilet repair and new drains in the tub. Josh was on time and very professional.

Alex and his team at Star Plumbing did an outstanding job removing all the old cast iron piping throughout our entire house and replacing it with ABS. He did an amazing job explaining the situation, what needed to be done, and why. This gave us complete confidence in the process .He was extremely prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would. The work was thorough, professionally executed, and he made sure to completely clean up afterwards.

Our tenants texted and said they had not had hot water for two days! I called Dale Hardware but they said I'd have to come to the store to purchase and schedule a time to install a new water heater.

I then called Julio from Star Rooter (he previously helped me fix the waterline from our home to the street) and he said they'd be there in two hours! He and his team came, removed the old water heater, and installed a new one! I was thrilled and so were our tenants! They texted me and said how appreciative they were to take a hot shower!! If I could give Josh and his team six stars, I would! I noticed pretty late at night that there was a leaky hot water hookup in our new house. I called in the evening and talked to an actual human right away, and Josh came out the next morning. Turns out the pipes were corroded through the service line. They gave us a really reasonable quote to replace (no hard sell, left the decision up to us). Came out that week and replaced the entire line with a two-person crew in a matter of hours. They even lifted up the sod of my lawn to dig the trench and put it back in place afterward, then washed the sidewalks and entryway so it wasn't all muddy for us. It was one of the best home repair experiences I've had. 100% recommend you give this business a call!

Three were small businesses and three were well known large plumbing companies. Two gave me outrageous estimates, one refunded my deposit and said it was too big of a job for him, and three disappeared before providing an estimate. Josh was the only one that said "we can do it, no worries; we will take care of you". He mapped out best case and worst case plans of action.
