Juan showed up on time, booties on, and was very friendly and engaging. He explained everything in a way I could understand it, answered my questions, and gave me the quote. The work was completed within the timeframe he mentioned. He then explained what he did, showed me the old parts, and all the while was friendly and engaging. Great customer service, he could teach a course on the subject. Thanks Juan, if I ever need anything again, I'll definitely ask for you.

I was having kitchen sink troubles and the water was coming up from the drain. I was referred to use Roto-Rooter and it was my first time using this service so I was a bit nervous. I went online and was able to schedule a same-day appointment! The website made it super easy & is user friendly.

About 30 minutes later, I received a text that Francisco was on the way to save the day! He arrived with Shaila and the two of them reassured us that our issue is common & very easy to fix. They were knowledgeable and very informative on the procedure they were going to perform and provided us with a quote. During the process, they were able to describe what they were doing (since i’m so nosey and was curious.. they didn’t hesitate on answering my questions lol). Francisco & Shaila were also able to discuss proper ways to prevent future issues.

I’m in awe of their job. They were very clean & detail oriented while doing such a tedious task. My favorite part is that they were very respectful of the home wearing shoe coverings as I’ve been a clean freak since having a newborn baby. So happy with having Francisco & Shaila being so personable and making me feel comfortable while they were in our home. Thank you!!

We had a slow draining issue on our kitchen sink and after trying the classic remedies ourselves for two days, we knew it was time to call in professionals. The appointment request system was straightforward and the service coordinator was really helpful. I was trying to get estimates from several providers, and the coordinator let me know that an over the phone quote wasn’t possible but the estimate visit was complimentary with no strings attached. I was offered to have a technician out within 2 hours, but opted to have someone come the next day around my work schedule. Armando E. (Mondo) arrived on the early part of my appointment window, and got straight to work. He clearly knew what he was doing, and diagnosed our issue after a thorough inspection, explaining the process along the way. We had other providers scheduled for estimate slots, but Mondo was able to offer us a really competitive price to do the work same day. He answered all of our questions about the scope of work and inclusions/exclusions of the warranty, making us feel comfortable to move forward without pressure. As he worked, he asked us questions about our usage of the sink, and when we mentioned we at times have slow hot water he even went out to check on our water heater. Mondo snaked our system quickly, but it certainly wasn’t a rush job. Outside of snaking and checking our water heater, he also took the time to look at our pipes in our basement and gave us recommendations on how we can maintain our system on our own to prevent issues down the road. He cross checked his own work with care, and ensured their were no leaks or issues. Mondo treated our home like we would have (if we’d had the expertise and skill that is), and I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure things were done right. I hope I don’t have too many other plumbing issues in the future, but if we do I’ll definitely be requesting Mondo from Roto-Rooter!

It was the most unprofessional service I have ever had. The Roto Rooter agent charged me $550 to clear a drain. He got his snake stuck in the drain pipe and left without removing it. AND STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE!
The plumber I hired to finish the job found the snake coiled tightly in the pipe with the with the end six feet further down the drain. It took both of us to dislodge it.
I would like a full refund. If it is not settled quickly, I will go to the better business bureau, small claims court, and Yelp reviews.

Resolution:
When I contacted Roro Rooter, they were quick to refund my payment. This issue is resolve in a timely fashion.

Good experience yesterday with the professional, she unclogged the toilet and used a big machine to unclog the pipes leading to the sewer, after trying myself to unclog the toilet by using drano and plunger and the snake tool, she got the big snake machine and cleared it….

Jerry was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The issue started with a leak in my master bathroom—though no damage was visible in my unit, my downstairs neighbor was getting water through her ceiling (my floor).

American Leak Detection came out first to diagnose the problem and confirmed it was a shower drain leak. Once Jerry from Roto-Rooter arrived, he got right to work. With access through my neighbor’s bathroom, he did the necessary drilling to reach the pipes, completed the repair, and replaced my drain upstairs.

Overall, I’m very happy with the experience. After three weeks of being unable to use my bathroom, I’m just relieved to finally have everything repaired.

I was the technician Ronald's first appointment; he went above and beyond—he was great! The hourly rate was a bit extreme, but given what Ronald had to deal with, I suppose the rate was justified. Overall, Roland was GREAT!

They did a fantastic job! The plumbing crew worked so hard and were so diligent they never quit ! They arrived about 9 AM and worked until everything was working and back to normal around 5PM . They were respectful and very hard working . I will use them again for our plumbing needs.

Had a clogged toilet that would not clear, but Armand and his trainee came and quickly cleared the issue with their snake and when discovered shower did not drain away took care of it after advising 30% off secondary line snaking. Toilet has never sound so good and the shower drain sounds like new.

Excellent service. So respectful of our property and being inside our home. It makes all the difference feeling this comfortable and having such good representation by their employee Mondo. I would absolutely recommend them!

Roto-Rooter replaced our water heater same day. It was a large tank (for a 4-unit building) down a narrow staircase to the basement. Not an easy job, but they handled it well. Nice guys who explained all my options and what to expect clearly.
