Armando was friendly and courteous. He replaced my bathroom faucet assembly after I had attempted to remove the assembly myself. Due to mineral build up, cold water faucet was impossible to turn. I figured I'd give it a shot and tried to remove it myself and soak the faucet parts in vinegar. When i finally gave up, I ended up causing the faucet to leak underneath and into the vanity below. Called Roto-Rooter and Armando arrived in about an hour. Though pricey, it was money well spent. Would call again.

We had just gotten home. It was the middle of the night. My daughter calls me because the toilet was making a funny bubbling sound. I thought nothing of it. My toilet water tank has kept refilling water non-stop after flush. I had to open the water tank and lift if with my hand. This has been bothering me for months, sometimes the toilet just worked fine. For the past few days, I need to open the water tank and fix it after every flush to stop the water refill.

Today I finally had time and called Roto-Rooter. I thought the float and the refill set needed to be replaced. In about an hour, Armando came. After I showed him the problem and asked for a replacement of the refill set, he tried to adjust the current set first. Quite magically his adjustment fixed it! I can't believe it.
