No phone tag! They provide a four-hour window for the plumber's arrival, but they will call when the plumber is on the way. Kennedy was on-time, courteous, and professional. He performed the installation efficiently and promptly. The price was reasonable. When our kitchen sink drain sprung a leak, I called Hayward Plumbing again and expressly requested Kennedy. Again, he did an outstanding job and left everything spotless and dry!
