Next Level Plumbing Services did an excellent job! I had a water main breakage between the water meter and the main faucet to the house. My house had copper pipes already. The tree root and probably the earthquake day before caused the main breakage. Orlando gave a very very reasonable estimate for a Spot Repair and communicate effectively throughout the process. The job was done very quickly by Edmond and the team followed by an excellent cleanup. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is outstanding! Customer focused and responsive. I had a water heater go out after two years, and the company that installed it wanted an astronomical amount to fix it. A huge rip off considering it was still under warranty.
I called Orlando and his technician Raul was EARLY and was able to put in the part that was ordered for the water heater. I was so impressed the entire time I worked with this company and will be using them again and will tell everyone I know. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Stop looking around for plumbers in the Bay Area and call them.

Orlando is top notch when it comes to communication and information. We didn't use their services for an actual job yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the work. But he gave a very thorough and free inspection, with more detail and insight than any of the other 3 plumbers I had come by. I look forward to working with them again if / when we need it.

We had a great first experience with Monarch Plumbing! Our water heater was leaking, I called Monarch around Noon. Jack came out by 1:15 pm to assess that we needed a replacement (it was 11 years old.) He checked if a replacement was in stock, picked it up and had it replaced by 6 pm! Awesome response and customer service! Will definitely use again for any of our plumbing needs.

Monarch was fast, effective, and fair. I gave them a tough job assignment and they handled it professionally: managed all question/ concerns that came up, arrived to the job on time, communicated well during the job, and left the work area clean when they were done. I’m a 3 time customer and always a pleasure doing business with Monarch plumbing. Tony was my service technician today. He was punctual and very knowledgeable and professional. I super appreciate his attention to detail and kind mannerism. Ten thumbs up 👍🏾 for customer service from the beginning when scheduling my appointment until the end of my service. Jack came on time to investigate the issue with our garbage disposal (leaks). Apparently it was just loose to cause leaks and no other significant issues. He helped tighten it. Since there is no other issues, he did not charge us. He gave a-5 star services and the best part is his honesty. Definitely will use him again in the future.

I recently had a major plumbing emergency occur at 12am where sewage was backing up into my toilets and shower drains. Monarch plumbing was amazing at getting two plumbers to come at 2am to access the situation and indeed let me know it was an emergency and good thing I had called. Both plumbers Eli & Juan were attentive and helped diagnose the issue & fix it as well. They were also sympathetic that I also was recovering from a fractured ankle so it was hard for me to move around easily. If you have any plumbing issues I highly recommend Monarch Plumbing!

Monarch plumbing at 2 AM had a actual person who answered my emergency call due to a pipe burst. Jack and Jose from Monarch waere dispatched at 3:30 AM within 20 minutes Jack and Jose assessed the issue, shared a video of the issue and explained since we had to shut the main waterline till issue was resolved, and they could finish a job they were working already. Jack sent an estimate within20 minutes from when they left.
Monarch reprioritized their jobs to take care of our pipe burst. Upon Jack and team return they replaced and sealed pipes requiring repair.
Monarch team are Curteous, concious, knowledgeable, efficiently and timely completed the job. Reasonably priced with a 90 day warranty on their work.
Thank you Monarch for assiting my family with this emergency.

I'm posting this as a service to the home owners of the community. I wasn't sure Monarch was going to give me the promotional $277 rate for clearing my storm drain as it was less than half what others had quoted. Jack came out, explained the job, showed me the issue on the camera, worked the problem and got our storm drain cleared in under two hours. He was pleasant and efficient and fixed a major headache at the quoted rate. So if you are looking to fix rain water issues I recommend you call Monarch and ask for Jack.

Cruz from Monarch was able service our needs pretty quickly and provided all the necessary details on what was wrong. Great service and would highly recommend them for all of your kitchen or plumbing needs!

Woke up on a Sunday and our tankless water heater was not working. They sent someone out the same day, diagnosed the problem (the water heater was dead), and recommended a solution. They came back out to install the new water heater on Tuesday (could have been Monday but I didn't see/approve their estimate early enough). The work seems professional and the service representative (Cruz) was very courteous. We did some independent checking and the price seemed reasonable.

Had a really great experience. Jack came out and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and reassured me he would be able to take care of my problems. He was prompt, communicative and I will definitely be using them in the future if any additional issues arise!

We've been long time customers of Monarch, and Eli and Cruz did a fantastic job repairing our numerous plumbing issues that have built up over the years. We were hesitant to have plumbers here to fix our leaks, but they were very kind. They've worked on various leaks in our garden, kitchen and bathroom. Great customer service; highly recommend.

Hit water heater went out in early evening. Called Monarch, and Tony and Kelvin came out at 9 pm and had a new one installed by just after midnight. What great service! Now my wife and I have hot water this morning. Was NOT looking forward to a cold shower this morning. Beautiful job, too.

Eli Inguanzo was amazing when he came to fix our kitchen sink leak. I would highly recommend him highly to anyone in bay area. Gem of a person to talk to. If you have anything in plumbing , go with Eli. You would be amazed at how humble and amazing this person is. 5 stars for him plumbing work.

I had an excellent experience with Monarch Plumbing and Rooting. Yesterday, they came to the hotel to fix a water temperature issue and handled it in a very professional and prompt manner. After reaching out to three other companies without success, they arrived on time, and thanks to Eli, who led everything, the problem was resolved immediately. I am very grateful and definitely recommend them.

I don't do reviews much but I had to write a review for their tech that came out to my house. I had an issue with my shower and Antonio came and fixed the issue we were having. He was very detailed on explaining to us what the issue was and what had to be done. He communicated with us very well from his arrival time to every step of the repair. Once he was done he made sure the area he worked on was cleaned and that he did not leave a mess. If you want honest work, don't hesitate to call and request Antonio as your repair technician.

I had a niche problem where there was a glass cup stuck in my kitchen sink. I tried many ways to pull it out but eventually ended up calling. Monarch Plumbing sent Eli out in ~1 hour after receiving my call. He fixed the issue extremely quickly and was very respectful about wearing shoe covers. 11/10 would highly recommend Eli!
