Water Heater Specialists were great. Called at 8 am and Rene was here by 11:30 am the same day! Rene was very professional, efficient and cleaned up great! This is the second time we've used them and always a great experience. There is a good reason why they have been "in hot water since 1988"!

My water was leaking, called water heater specialist and they came out within an hour on a Sunday. David was the technician. He quickly diagnosed that the tank was corroded and gave a quote to replace it. Quote was what I expected and in another hour the water heater was replaced and he added a water sensor alarm to catch any leaks in the future. I would recommend them anytime for any water heater issues.

The technician (Rich Edelman) from Water Heater Specialists arrived about an hour before the scheduled time which was great. I was pretty concerned about the water pouring out of the overflow pipe on our front porch. He was very professional, explained our options in a thorough manner, and replaced our old water heater within an hour. Hot water was up and running shortly after he left. Would recommend his company to anyone experiencing a need for emergency repair of their water heater.

When we first saw a leak on our water heater, we called the number listed on the water heater and someone picked up in two second - even though it was 9pm on a Friday. The service person on the phone was calm, friendly, and helpful. A technician arrived the next afternoon (Jesus). He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. He helped us figure out the best options for us, and the installation was also efficient and did not disturb us even though the water heater is in our house. Excellent experience.

We had an issue with pilot not turning on on our water heater, reached out to Water Heater Specialists in the middle of the night and they provided a prompt response and helped set up a quick schedule first thing in the morning. The technician Jesus was very professional, talked through the work he was doing and helped me understand the issue. He was thorough with his testing, tried various methods to fix the pilot issue before replacing with a brand new panel board as ours was broken.

When I called, someone picked up the phone right away. They are a 24 hour service and when you don’t have hot water, this means so much.
