A n actual person answered the phone right when I called. No phone tree and call back. He was knowledgeable and clear. I had an appointment for the following morning. Wesley called ahead to confirm. He was early for the appointment. He was professional, funny, and clearly confident about all aspects of the job. He was pleasant about the difficult access. He offered advice when asked and I trusted his advice. The job was done quickly and the clean-up was thorough.
This is the type of experience we hope for when a repair or replacement is required. I will certainly recommend Water Heaters Only and Wesley specifically to my neighbors and friends. Thank you.

Five stars! Loni was very professional the entire time. He sent an ETA ahead of time, finished the job quickly and well. We had to resize our water heater and he did a great job welding the new piping on.

Lucas came out on Jan. 30, 2026, to provide a reasonable estimate to replace our ancient (and difficult to access) water heater. We decided to accept his estimate and replace it on the spot. This place really gets the job done right. This is the second water heater they have installed for us. They came out the same day at 5 o'clock, gave us an estimate and installed it the next morning at 7 am. On time, great communication and clean work, I'm in the trades and I know what to look for. They aren't the cheapest shop but they sure are good. Our technician was great. Good job Water Heaters Only!

I contacted Water Heaters Only, Inc for installation of the brand-new American Standard GN50T1-3-6NAT water heater, they sent Lucas. He is professional and courteous, and he got the job done within 2 hours, here was the scope of work:

Remove and install the water heater with new hot and cold water flex lines, insulation wrap, bonding clamps/wire, horizontal wall blocks, and earthquake strap unit to code. Install 5 feet of T&P line, and reattach the existing venting. Modify hot and cold, replace broken shutoff valve.

His work is impeccable, and he has the patience to clearly explain how to safely operate this unit.

My water heater failed Saturday evening around 4 PM, and I called Water Heaters Only at approximately 6 PM. They had a technician out by Sunday at noon.

Chris Z was the technician, and he did an amazing job. I received a text notification when he was dispatched and was able to track his arrival in real time. He also called to let me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes.

Once on site, Chris inspected the water heater, provided a clear estimate, and patiently answered all of my questions. After I approved the pricing, he immediately got to work. The old water heater was removed and the new one installed within two hours.

Chris was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home and pets. I would 100% recommend Chris Z and Water Heaters Only.

After initial phone call, Nick arrived within 30 minutes. New water heater was up and running in less than 90 minutes. Installation was performed neatly and professionally - see photos.

Just had Ric perform a warranty repair on our water heater. I called on a Sunday, he came out and hour later, was very friendly, professional and transparent about the labor cost. I authorized the repair, and one hour later, it was done. I can't recommend this service enough. I hope that our heater doesn't break down again for another few years, but if it does, I know who I will be calling.

I called the Water Heater Specialists and they came within the day and fixed our problem and potential problems if we didn’t address it soon enough. It took Rich about an hour and a half to do the job and he was helpful and informative along the way. What great service and experience!
