Rescheduled with us twice for a leak that required us to shut off all water to our property. After the first reschedule we got my Dad to take the day off of work and come all the way from Oceanside (1.5 hour trip both ways) so that he could be there to answer the door so that neither me nor my partner would have to miss work. They called an hour and a half after they said they would to tell us they were 2+ hours away in traffic and asking if we could reschedule for the next day. Traffic sucks and I get that, but it also sucked for my Dad who waited in it to be here for Roto Rooter. Rescheduling isn't an easy option for a lot of people, especially during the work week. We cancelled instead of taking the second rescheduling, as it would have meant either me or my partner losing out on a day of pay and another night without water. Wish google would stop pushing sponsored businesses over more practical ones, but I blame myself for falling for that.

I had previously had a plumbing problem and lead tech Jerry came out and handled it quickly and efficiently. I just had a similar problem and Jerry sent out Charlie he was so incredibly nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He told us what was needed and that evening Jerry came by to see how things went. What an incredible team they are. They are professional and can immediately access and know what is wrong. I highly recommend them.

Roto-rooter sent out a technician today and we do not recommend their services! Our technician, Tyler Stevens-Treat wrongfully charged us $385 for a simple service on our toilet. He spent 4 minutes in the bathroom and claimed he was finished. However, the service he performed was not what we wanted. We let him know that we were unsatisfied with the service and he said “Well it’s your misunderstanding.” He then left us with no receipt as to what exactly was worth the $385. We will never use Roto-rooter again.

Jessie and Josh were great. Very knowledgeable and professional and they took time to let us know what was going on the whole time. They are both super nice and friendly and was a great experience over all. I have no complaints and they deserve 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much 🙂

I was in a bind and did not expect anyone would be able to come out for a few days or more. I was completely surprised to hear they would be out here this very day. They were here in less than 2 hours. Victor Cortez was my technician and he could not have been more courteous. He was friendly, cleanly and got right to work. He put down his own pads & cloths after picking up my rugs to keep them clean & dry. I have never seen anyone in the service industry take such care. He got my problem fixed and he cleaned up & replaced my rugs. After a short time preparing the bill & getting payment arranged he wished me well and was on his way to his next appointment. I am very happy to give Victor a perfect grade and will definitely call for his service again if needed. I will recommend your company as well. The lady in the office was also prompt and very helpful. She was courteous and very prompt in communication with my sister. I think her name is Melissa. Thank you for an excellent experience!!

We thought we had a simple garbage disposal clog but couldn’t fix it ourselves so we had to call out a plumber. Well it turned out to be a 2 1/2 hour job. We were looking at some cracked corroded pipes and a rusted nut but our plumber Charlie got them fixed up like a champ. He was very determined to get them replaced and in perfect condition before he left. Thank God he knew what he was doing. These old pipes aren’t what they used to be. Great Service and very knowledgeable on how to fix what needed to be fixed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joshua Rubio was here within a half hour for our 2 AM emergency of a ceiling water leak. He was extremely professional and very detailed with his explanations of what was happening and needed to be done. He answered everything and assured us through the entire situation and we are beyond thankful for his wonderful service. We’d recommend him to anyone.

Had a clogged drain pipe from my kitchen that was overflowing in my garage. Luckily we called Roto Rescue! Charlie showed up and was very polite and professional. He explained my options to clear the clogged drain pipe very clearly. I felt comfortable with his recommendation. He is a master at his craft because he was able to clear the clog in the drain pipe. My water is now running great with no more overflow in my garage. He was also very honest about my options moving forward on how to keep the drain running smoothly. If I ever have anymore issues I know who to call. I highly recommend Charlie as an awesome Professional Plumber!

Came free estimate I only had a loose pipe he tightened it and did not even charge me.Completly honest and that's hard to find now a days.E&G will be my to go plumbers for sure
