As a whole I liked them. Their work was well done, they came in a timely manner But I think $95 for 30 minutes of labor is excessive at best.

Jim is fantastic - professional and thorough. I've had him to my house to replace a toilet and faucet and he always does a great job.

Well here is a company that goes the extra mile ...honest, friendly, reliable...where do you find that now days? They worked on two of my properties and were very good with a hard to please tenant.

If you want to avoid any headaches, call Pierce Plumbing! I had a nightmare of an experience with Roto Rooter, and called Pierce Plumbing to wake me from the nightmare of that company. They showed up within 30 minutes, and had my water heater working in less than an hour! This company is amazing!

I like in the same city a few miles up the road and they won't even come do an install. And a nice water heater at lowes is $499 theirs start at over $650. Not worth it!

Excellent service...they came within 24 hours of us calling them… They came 10 minutes early… fixed the leaky faucet in the bathroom , fixed the on/off valve under the sink and snaked our drain in the kitchen in 30 minutes and gone … And fair prices with a guarantee!!! Originally reached out to another company. They left me high and dry for 4 days. So at 10:35 on a Monday I called Pierce Plumbing for the first time. Was able to get on their schedule to replace a garbage disposal and if it wasn't going to be too expensive to re-pipe under my sink. Jim was at my house by 12:20 and got right to work. Replaced the garbage disposal and got all of the pipe cut and re-run in less than an hour. The price ended up being almost 5 times less than the other company (quote for the same Job) that I would never recommend *Cough* 5 Star. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I look forward to actually having some place I can trust the next time I have an issue.

I highly recommend Pierce Plumbing for their exceptional work and professionalism. They accurately diagnose the problem and do an excellent job fixing it. Since I’m not too familiar with plumbing, they answered all my questions and made me at ease. Jim is meticulous about his work and takes a lot of pride in making sure his customers are well taken care of.

Great company...had my guest shower fixed today and very pleased with gentlemen who came. Arrived on time and explained everything that was needed. They were very fast and efficient. We would highly recommend this company.....will definitely use them again.

I left a message Tuesday evening. Received a call back Wednesday morning. He squeezed me in early Thursday morning. He showed up on time, did a wonderful job in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. I hope I never have to look for a different plumber!

The owner is super fair,honest,he's not like other plumbers who want to overcharge you.Not him he cares about us seniors.I hope they never go out of buisness

Jim came to install a new water heater for us. He was efficient, professional, friendly and patient cause I asked many questions. The water heater looks and works great. The price was reasonable and wasn’t any hidden or afterward charges. We are very pleased with their services. Definitely recommend! I called early in the morning and I was told they have a full scheduled day today and will try and squeeze us in. Then less than an hour later I received a call saying they are on their way.
