Mark was recently out at my home and repaired my water main saving me some money. He has great attention to detail which was comforting considering the difficulty of the job. Job was well done and there is no sign of the leak. The only thing I wasn't really happy with was the one month warranty. However Mark does have discounts on his website but they do not apply to copper, plastic tubing only. Overall I am happy the leak was stopped, my wife had surgery the same day and I was happy to have our water back on the same day.

Some really good aspects to Budget. Prompt, courteous and polite. No complaints about any of that. We called Budget after buying a new home to address some irrigation system issues. Being new to the area, a google search gave us their name for "irrigation repairs." Brian was polite and assured us they do this type work. He diagnosed a new control device was needed. After all was done, $1003.00 later, we learned the fancy control box cost $65 at Home Depot. It required five pipe connections. A bit of testing. Easy job for a plumber. So, how does a job that is really pretty simple cost over $900 in labor? At $150 per hour, that is 6 hours to do five simple connections. Buyer beware, something here does not add up. Picture shows the box and the fairly simple PVC connections.

Reply to response: A picture speaks. Enough said. As to owner on site, you knew from the start we were not on site. You assured my wife “no problem.” Five connections, one was a garden hose. Honestly, not that difficult. Certainly not for an experienced plumber, you are experienced, right?

Mark came right on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.
My old Garbage Disposal needed to be replaced. it was Not an easy job. Mark was able to problem solve and get a New Garbage Disposal put in. I am very happy with the work he did. I would recommend Mark/ Budget Plumbing to other people.

Mark worked on a corroded pipe in my bathroom and replaced it perfectly within my budget. He also repaired a leaking pipe in my irrigation system quickly and efficiently. Both jobs were done professionally and courteously and all within my budget. I highly rate this company and will call them again for my plumbing needs.

Ii called Budget Plumbing due to an emergency plumbing issue , Mike arrived within 30 minutes!
Not only did he repair the leak, he also cleaned up the mess.
I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

My water heater finally gave out. I was very daunted about the expensive prices of getting this replaced, as we already had a high quote from a different plumbing service. I was surprised when they were able to cut that quote in half. Not only that, but they were able to get to work that same day! Mark was very friendly, and kept me in the loop of his work and what needed replacing. He went above and beyond to find a heater that was the right height, so that there would be no extra labor. I will absolutely be returning for any plumbing services I need!

On Sunday morning the sound of water spraying beneath my mobile home woke me up.. Outside
Noah's flood 2.0. was swallowing my mobile home. I called a few plumbing outfits and only Budget Plumbing had a human answer the phone. He helped me to shut the outside water valve off which I couldn't find. Mike the plumber showed up faster than he promised and he immediately went beneath the trailer to take photographs of the problem in the then he showed me the pictures how to fix it. I could say the budget price was reasonable but that doesn't communicate how cheap it really was. It was Sunday, water was everywhere and nothing but dangerous snakes and spiders lurk there. Mike the plumber was professional courteous and fixed Malik while I rested in peace and dry in my home. I will definitely use Budget Plumbing again for all my plugging needs.
I give them five stars with a big thumbs up!

I had a great experience with Mark. He was on time and very upfront with the pricing with my main water leak, gate valve replacement and sink valve shutoff. I had a very bad experience with another company and they overcharged me and did not even fix the problems I had . I will use budget plumbing for any other items I need in the future. He called today 12/5/22 to check to see if he could help with anything . I really appreciate that he took the time to check back with me. I am very apprehensive when it comes to companies who overcharge customers and don’t deliver. I never got that with Mark and he was very nice and finished without any mess left behind.

Budget Plumbing is a NOT credible company! Specifically, Mark took advantage of me and overcharged me for under the kitchen sink repairs!
I Do Not believe that all of the repairs were necessary!!! They also wanted to charge me another $325.00 for a basket replacement! Do NOT use this company unless you want to be scammed too!!!! They charged me over $2,000.00 for under kitchen sink repairs and they put me on the last schedule of my available time so they could come back out over and over again!!! Mark kept saying oh, no another leak has happened!... so more money was continually tacked on and it still leaked!!!! I had to call out another plumbing company for them to fix it correctly!!! I am female and they royally ripped me off!!!

My best friend ended up having an surprise leak in her garage at the worst possible time. I helped her call around and I came across Budget Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. I spoke with Matt and he very understanding and helpful. Was able to come out within the hour and check it out for her. Matt had another call planned and told us he would be back at an certain time and he was. It's hard to find people who take pride in their jobs these days. He is definitely one of them. I definitely recommend these guys if you are on an budget and need the job done the right way.

Tim the plumber went above and Beyond the agreed and paid service that was invoiced prior to them starting service by Locating a water heater that matched my exact configuration and saved me hundreds of $🤑 Which I appreciate very much because a different Plumbing company I used did not provide a price before but This company did Provide a price Before starting service, just as their website said they would, which was very very nice. I now have enough money saved up for Christmas thanks for this company!!🎄 I like knowing what the price will be when the job is done instead of 2nd guessing Which is why this was important for me. They did a really nice job On replacing the water heater which was going out constantly and our water heater, Being 15 years old As it showed on the sticker which Tim pointed out, Was better off being replaced instead of having serviced on an ongoing basis and paying for a service call every time which he mentioned would take a lot of time and money but would not be in my best interest because overall I would be spending more money than I had to on the water heater so I decided to have it changed out As he recommended. I'm glad I had the water heater changed out. He installed everything professionally and I was impressed with his work. He even got a water heater That matched my configuration so that he charged me much less than what other companies quoted me. If you want honest and reliable service at a very decent price I highly recommend this company for these metrics.

We have had low water pressure in our shower for over a week. We attempted to fix it ourselves but all of the online advice didn't work. I contacted Budget Plumbing and scheduled service for their first available time which would have been Friday. They contacted me again on Thursday morning and said they had a spot available and would be able to get out there sooner, so we went with that. The homework who came to look at our home was very punctual, professional and polite. He explained to me what the problem could be. After discussing finances he proceeded to attempt to fix our shower. Unfortunately the fix that he had originally told us would not work and more work would need to be done. However we were not in a spot too pay for that additional work, told him we do it ourselves and had him put our shower back as it was when he got there. The plumber told us that if we need any help with the fix to contact him and he would be glad to help out whether over the phone or to come out on his own time. Although he was not able to fix her shower the plumber from Budget Plumbing was extremely polite and professional. He was also very kind offering to take his own time to help us with our water issue.

Heck the owner, Brian did come back to empty my trash from the construction paper he threw in there so I guess I am happy now. He called me next day to see if the work stood the test of time and I told him, excellent job Brian, no leaks! I like his demeanor and professionalism. I asked him if I need an inspection done and he said he will contact the city of Hemet to get the necessary permits to uncover the sidewalk from the slab leak leading trail edge that hits city property.

my water heater was leaking and I couldn't find anyone to help in a timely manner, thank God for Brian who sent his technician Tim so quickly to replace my leaking water heater otherwise I would have a LOT of water damage! also the cost of the new unit was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

very nice service, perfect toilet install.
this is the only plumbing company that gave me a fair price for replacing my toilet, i was happy with everything so i had them take care of a small leak in my backyard. very convenient to have them around becuase the technician was very nice and polite. i will recommend them to my daughter and son in law .

I have called Luke more than once and he is the most honest plumber I have ever met. He stands behind his work and I highly recommend.

Quick repair was sacculated with short notice. Water pipe had burst in attic, so repair was necessary for us to have water service. Courteous service by professional plumber.

This company is pretty awesome!! They came over and fixed the problem under 30 mins and were very knowledgeable and even gave tips on other things. 100% recommend them to anyone in the community. They will definitely take care of you and help you with any questions regarding anything else.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink, there were also lots of unnecessary filters and water processing features we did not want. Luke took them out and it is wonderful.
