Was up front with fees (extra due to holiday). Found problem leak, bad part. Asked if I wanted to fix myself. Mark did excellent job on repair. Very happy with service. Highly reccomend.

Mark is just fantastic, I needed a job done in fast time to close on my house and mark responded within hours to solve problems others couldn't . He is very professional and informative . Vet friendly as well . Thanks for the help Mark, would definitely go to him for future needs .

Had Mark out to a home we just purchased to check plumbing and do some repairs. He is very professional and informative. His attention to detail is admirable and he cleans up when he is done.

Charged me 400 for labor and materials when he used the same materials to align my garbage disposal.wasnt happy about it but agreed due to his 1yr warranty.not even 2 months later I start having a leak again and he tries to charge me 129 service call fee on warranty work.after arguing with him he agreed to come and repair it without the charge.he made things right but will not use him again due to the experience.you cant charge people twice to do your job right!!
Thank you for the response.i went back and double checked my receipt handed to me by mark .this wasnt a home warranty repair, I paid cash! The second time he came out and tried to charge me for a 149 dollar service fee for the warranty he provided for his work.I was wrong it wasnt $129! Why would you charge a fee to do your own warranty work when you already got paid once to do it right? Dont threaten to sue me as this will be an uphill battle for you.

Mark with budget plumbing really helped us out and his service was very helpful and much cheaper then the other price that they quoted then that of the other service provider and I was also happy that he took his time

Returned my phone call almost immediately and was able to come fix my problem first thing the next morning, which was a Sunday. Technician was very friendly and did not rush to finish the job without it being done correctly. This company is about making the customer as happy as possible, even though home repairs are never a fun thing. Give them a call, they will be up front with you about the price and not pressure you about doing the work.

I called him many times before and he always shows up right away. Brian knows his job well, he fixed my broken drain pipe, installed a new house shutoff valve and regulator for me and ran a new water line to my bathroom addition at a very reasonable price.

this company does great work. My sprinklers were jacked up. Received other companies high bids who gave me the run around for parts/labor but these guys bid lower AND they installed my sprinklers flawlessly and now my backyard and front yard have great water pressure!

i had a emergency, water was leaking from my kitchen ceiling and my family and i were freaking out. i called on Sunday night around 9 pm, i could not reach other companies but i was surprised he answered my call. I told him my emergency and he said he could come out and he came out in 45 minutes and my family and i were relieved because water was leaking from the ceiling pretty bad. I am so happy the owner himself came over because he fixed the leak in 30 minutes. He was professional and was courteous to me and my family. i now found my go to plumber.

Definatley a business I will be recommending in the future and will be using again! We had a water leak and the rep that came out was so helpful! He was able to fix the leak and get us back to normal in about an hour. Glad to have someone local with great service and is trustworthy!

Mark is fantastic. He came out on a Sunday and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. He was very courteous , and finished well within the estimated time it would take. Not only that! But he did a fantastic job! Our water heater is vented correctly and we are taking hot (short, because of the drought) showers! yay!

I had a toilet that was leaking at bottom where it meets the floor. So long story short Sam came out and did a terrific job of removing and fixing the thing that the toilet sits on, disposing of my old toilet installing the new one i couldnt be happier. Price was very reasonable, I will recommend this plumber to my friends.

Very professional and did a great job on our water spigot. Water was shooting everywhere and it happened on the weekend. I really appreciate the representative for coming out and fixing it on his time off. Its definitely better now than it was before it was broken. If I need anything in that area I'm will be calling again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

We found ourselves in need of replacing the toilet and fix our noisy garbage disposal. We called around a bit to 5 other companies. Budget plumbing had not only the best prices but also the quickest response time. They were professional and courteous, in and out in 45 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. They sent us an invoice so we didn't even have to pay that day. Great experience overall!

My main line sewer from the house was blocked and I have nearly 200' to the street. Last time this happened it was more than $600 to fix it. The guy would try something, for a charge, that wouldn't work, he'd try something else, for a charge, that wouldn't work either. The bill just got out of hand.
This time I got hooked up with Budget Plumbing. Their guy showed up when he said. He was super knowledgeable. He almost didn't even need me to explain what was going on. He had the main flowing smoothly in under an hour for just the show-up fee.
These guys are definitely my new "Bat-phone" when I have a plumbing emergency.

Very unprofessional and far from budget friendly! Mark got very hostile when we asked for proof of his Contractor's License. He indirectly threatened me by making it clear that he knows where I live, advised me to have my business partner contact him and if so, Hell will be released, stated he would never provide anyone with his license, then he hung up the phone. In all my years of working with various contractors this is a first for me and not what I had expected from a simple obligated ask of his contractor's license. He initially claimed he was licensed but, who really knows? Consumer beware, ask for proof first and verify on the Contractor's State Licensing Board if you still decide to hire him.

We forgot to ask for proof of license ahead of time and ended up hiring Mark to repair a leak to the main water pipe near the meter on one of my properties. His estimate for the repair without knowing the actual cause was $500-$1450. He requested that I provide him with a deposit of $500 plus an additional cost of $17.50 to pay for the fee PayPal charges him before he begins any work.

After he dug up the hole to investigate the leak he called me stating the amount would be an additional $950 for the repair for a total of $1467.50. Of course he chose to charge the high amount of his estimate. I thought that was extremely high but, he already had taken $517 so I felt stuck. He requested that I pay him upfront before any more work was completed due to another customer not paying recently along with unacceptable racist comments about the other customer. I can most certainly feel for him but, that shouldn't put me, the customer, at risk if he didn't complete the work. At least he could put a lien on a property if the customer doesn't pay.

After talking to him via phone for approx 10 min. he finally reconsidered and got to work. He sent me pictures of the repair before and after since I was not on site which I very much appreciated. It took him almost a full work day to complete the repair and I assume the work was done correctly - see pictures for details. He called after he finished and stated that I have until 6pm to transfer the final payment of $950 which I complied while I was still on the phone with him.

After further research online, the national average cost to repair a water main is $900. The price he charged is at the top of the high side of the scale one would expect for such a repair. Budget Plumbing claims lowest prices and guarantees customer satisfaction and I'm hoping Mark was just having an off day.

In the end the repair is done, my wallet is lighter, and lesson learned. I cannot recommend Budget Plumbing & Drain Cleaning based on my experience.

My rental property had an issue with the toilet. I called and they had someone to the house within a few hours. The repair was completed quickly and hassle free for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

I am so glad I found this plumbing company, is definitely good plumbing company. My backyard water 💧 faucet for my hose was not working and wasn’t closing , had to turn off my water. And being without water sucks. I had called a previous plumbing company and they never showed up. After I found this company and they came the time they stated. And definitely CUSTOMER SERVICE AWESOME 👏 fairly priced. My hose bib replacement was fixed and was a little struggle but was DONE. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great Customer service and get job done. Iam happy with my service and happy to have water again.

I had a major disaster in my backyard that trailed into the street. The leak was very bad, coming out in a high pressure manner which was flooding my property .
Budget plumbing was at my rescue within 30 minutes of my call and stopped the flooding of my property, thank you so much! I was lucky they responded so quickly and the price was more than reasonable.
