Called to get help on some bathroom plumbing issues and not only did they get me a same-day appointment, Jim actually was able to come earlier than expected. Repairs were quickly done at a more than fair price. Why can't all companies offer this high level of honest, reliable service?

Walked in wasn’t greeted. When I was greeted I asked my question about a adapter he didnt even look at what I had in my hand he just said no we don’t have it... like he didn’t wanna even help me... No advice, no alternative very little information on anything I asked... very uncomfortable visit..

Great customer service. I came in with broken faucet and explained I need the parts for it. I had to come back and explain that the specific part that I needed was not in the kit. They immediately got the right part and apologized that they did not factor in the possibility of having different part numbers for different applications of the same part. It was an extra $2 and they said not to worry about it because of my hassle of having to come back. I will be returning here for future plumbing projects. They are good people.

Mark came on time even a little earlier which was great he found the problem he told me where the leak was and how he was going to fix it.. He showed me what he did he was very nice and very polite.

I would like to thank Mark for coming out so quickly to repair my leaky bathtub faucet he's very efficient along with cleaning up after himself he explains everything as he's doing it to you so that way you understand what is going on I would also like to thank Brian for hiring search well-mannered employees they're very proud for what they do they are my new go to Plumbers at any time I never have a problem this is definitely a five-star company

I can like say that this is the most Honest and hardworking plumber I have called so far….I was very happy with the price he quoted because I had another plumber before him supposedly who said my whole plumbing needed to be replaced but thank goodness Tim came and honestly told me the truth that I only needed to repair a small section of the line and it saved me $1500🥰

From the moment I called they were there within one hour and I was happy that they didn’t charge me extra then what they quoted over the phone.
