I was in a panic tonight when our mainline backed up. We have two small kids and need our toilets. lol. I called and they sent someone out right away, despite the late hour. Beyond that, the owner worked with me and showed great understanding and kindness when I was so worried. I highly recommend this place and I feel comforted knowing this company is out there for when I need help again.

I called E & G plumbing about my backed up sewer and they quoted a very reasonable price to clear the drain.
When they got here and saw where the problem was, the plumber suggested I check with the mobile home park, because the blockage appeared to be in the pipe that goes into the ground, which made it the parks problem. The plumber let me know that if the park has to fix it, I wouldn't have to pay out of my own pocket.
I called the park and sure enough, the plumber from E & G was correct. It was the parks problem.
The plumber stayed until the maintenance guy from the park got there and E & G didn't charge me anything for coming out and looking at the problem.
Not only do they have reasonable prices, they have great customer service.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I deciding with my wife to call Eric and he message me back regarding leak and coming over next day. When his 2 guys getting there, they making leak WORSE because no communication with his crew, he having 2 guys working on it, it seeming his guys working under him having no clue what they doing, he older white guy. But Eric just coming by to get my money but not checking out the job so I had NO water for 8 days. I am very frustrated with this service I received from him. I asking him when will I get my water back on because I can not take showers and I getting stinky but he saying to me "I working as fast I can." I telling him, Eric "I not happy this taking so long." He not taking my complaint serious. I had to take showers in gym for this time because this guy is taking 8 days to get my water back on. I sorry review is bad.

Absolutely top CLASS A!! Eric came 3 hours after 1st call -- checked for leak - tightened valve setting and we'll see if that works. NO CHARGE. This man takes me back 80+ years to my youth on the prairie -- Honest, Sincere, Competent.

This is the 3rd time I have called E&G Plumbing and Drain in 3 or 4 years. Eric came right out and fixed the leak under my sink in about 3 minutes. I live 4 miles of on a dirt road and when I asked what I owned him, he said a "Car Wash". I cannot recommend E&G Plumbing enough to whomever is reading this. I am not a very handy kind of person. Im sure if I called another plumber, it would have been $100.00 just for the service call. Thank you!!!

I called one day and the next day got my water heater replaced for the best price around! Extremely professional, very respectful and knows his trade. We will definitely be giving them a call again.

Clogged kitchen sink. 50 years of gunk build up.

When I called, both guys were on jobs. About an hour later Mike showed up and set to work. He's quiet and concentrates on his work. He had to remove the water heater to get to the leaks, then put it back when they were fixed. And then he didn't scare me to death with the bill. If I'd known, I would have called a week ago when I first heard the water dripping.
I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this company. Say Hi! to Mike.

April 2021 - Another leak, and another successful repair. My go-to plumber.

Eric was on time, clean and professional, excellent workmanship, and fair pricing. I had a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replaced. He also replaced one of the water shut off valves. E and G will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

E&G has helped us twice with our mobile home. He is courteous, knowledgeable and does a great job. He gives all necessary info and has very fair prices. I recommend him 100%.

We called E&G to repair our leaking toilet. It's a new low-flow type bowl. When their worker looked at it, he had never seen this type of mechanism. I few minutes later he had disassembled it and found the problem. He left and returned with a new rubber washer-looking thing. It fixed the problem. I was very impressed since we had two handymen look at it and refused to work on it. The worker was very intuitive! Only charged us for the visit, not even the part!

Had E&G out last week to replace a broken incoming water shutoff in my garage. They showed up on time, and it was a very pleasant experience. Extremely reasonable pricing. Issue after they left with a small pinhole leak. I called the next day, and they were quicklly back out to resolve. Great customer service! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
