Michael and his team worked diligently to find a difficult replacement part for me. They are also great at returning messages and emails. Quality service all the way.

This company and the tech Micheal are awesome! I called in the morning my refrigerator had stopped working. He came that afternoon ON TIME! He explained the issue and what it would cost and proceeded to fix it AND clean up! Use this team; they do AC units too! Highly recommend!

I started having issues with my Samsung French Door refrigerator about a year ago, icing up inside, ,making loud noises, etc. Michael dispatched Adrian to come out and he was awesome! Since the first call in 2023, they have been out several times and have fixed everything they can! Adrian was just out again today 4/2/24 for a new issue with drainage and ice and got it resolved. If you need quick, reliable and friendly service, give these guys a call! The value and experience they bring are great, and they are clean and very friendly! Btw, I would not recommend buying a Samsung fridge to anyone, go with Frigidaire for your next refrigerator.

5 out of 5 stars for Alex (technician) and Michael. Michael's customer service and responsiveness was above and beyond. Alex was able to arrive earlier than planned based on my request. Upon arrival, he was professional and explained to me what he was doing. He finished his job in a timely manner.

I followed up with a question/concern, and Michael was very responsive and open to helping. They came back to my home the next day to troubleshoot and ensure everything was working properly (it is).

We all know that customer service and this service industry is often mediocre. In this industry, Fridge Guys is the cream of the crop. They're really in the top 1%. I hope they do not change. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors, friends, and family.

I have a small portable fridge/freezer combo that I use in my van for camping. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I couldn’t figure out the problem. I called the Fridge Guys and they sent out a technician to solve the problem. About 15 minutes before my appointment I received a call from Adrian in which he said he was on his way and gave me his eta. He arrived on time and quickly went on to diagnose the problem. Adrian quickly resolved the problem and was able to repair my fridge. I would definitely call Fridge Guys if I ever have another refrigerator problem and would highly recommend them. Thanks Adrian!

Michael came by to look at our walk in freezer. We thought there was a coolant leak, and there was nothing wrong with it. Quick response, and checked it out immediately.

Bought a Marvel ice maker for mom's kitchen redesign. It served well for a number of years, then without warning just stopped working. The Marvel website listed Fridge Guys as a service company, and after looking on Google, and reading the amazing reviews, decided to give them a try. I called on a Friday afternoon, and although they were willing to come out same day, it didn't work well for me, so made an appt for the following Monday. The diagnosing service technician was on time, polite, explained that the diagnostic fee would be applied to the repair cost (pretty standard), and clean. He explained that the part that was needed was out of stock and would take a couple of weeks to get in. Email communication regarding the status of the repair was easy and response time was fast. I was notified by text when the part arrived, and made an appt for the following Tuesday. The technician (different from the one who did the diagnosis) replaced the cutting grid with ease, and we were back up and running in no time. Fridge Guys were reasonably priced, efficient, polite, and communicative. I would definitely use them again, and will likely call them for routine maintenance. Thanks Guys!

Fridge Guys responded quickly, were kind, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. In the past I had other companies try to fix it but they couldn't find the problem. Fridge Guys were able to fix it and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them!

Fridge Guys came to my rescue when the compressor in my Avanti wine fridge was no longer cooling. I called Fridge Guys for service, and Adrian came to check out the problem. He recharged the Freon in the unit, and we determined that we would recharge it annually instead of purchasing a new unit. Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and the price was right! I truly appreciate everything he did and highly recommend Fridge Guys and Adrian for fridge repair.

Michael came out within 1 hour of my call go help me fix my garage refrigerator. Michael diagnosed the problem immediately Ana had all the parts handy to start the work. His professional skills and work ethics are impeccable and he completed the work within minutes and left everything clean and tidy. Mike came out on a Sunday morning. Arrived in 30 minutes and fixed our fridge in a timely fashion. He was friendly and informative. The price was more than fair for short notice on a Sunday. I recommend Fridge Guys highly.

I highly highly recommend this company. Arthur is an awesome technician and really worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my fridge. It wasn’t a straight forward fix and he returned twice and really worked hard to find the problem. And their prices are extremely reasonable. They have a direct, friendly and honest business approach which is rare now a days. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company and ask for Arthur. He was great.

As someone who leans into reviews for an honest gauge on businesses and trying to pay it forward to the small businesses in our neighborhood; I am pleased to write this review for the fellas over at the Fridge Guys. Our fridge died in the dead of SUMMER and I’m 38+ weeks pregnant. As you can imagine, not an ideal situation with a baby that can come at ANY moment. Michael was honest that the fridge was known for a power issue and the part wouldn’t be easy to find, could take days to arrive and no guarantee on the longevity. He kindly offered to have the initial power board repaired and installed the same day, but again no guarantee on the longevity (No fault of theirs! Just a fault of the brands make/model). My husband and I were appreciative of their honesty and willingness to not take advantage of us given our situation. Babies are expensive, and so are appliances. We took their advice on considering a newer fridge for this new chapter of our lives for security. Will recommend these guys through and through.

We had an emergency with our frig and were afraid the water leaking would ruin our wood floor. We called Fridge Guys and Alex was at our house in less than an hour. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Alex pulled the fridge out, vacuumed behind and cleaned the sides and top. All that on top of fixing it quickly and mopping all the water inside and out. We would be happy to have Alex as our fridge expert every time!

Michael was great! On time and very polite. If I ever need any other repairs, I will definitely hire them again. He took the time time to explain what the issue was exactly and details about the water dispenser control board. Good news, the cooling system is fine.
