Everyone else told me my entire ice maker needed to be replaced in my Subzero fridge. These guys called BS on that and got the small plastic part needed to fix my ice maker overnight and charged a reasonable fee for parts and labor - fixed in one day, just the needed part and not upselling to an entire new ice maker. They were late but the technician was super fast and a nice guy. Good people.

The initial ticket submission was a breeze to do online and the follow up for scheduling an appointment was very quick and hassle free. They didn't speak about pricing or diagnosis fees, but at that point I was rejected service from a lot of other refieration specialists; not necessarily desperate, but a particular event I needed my machine working was coming up soon.
My issue turned out to be a very quick and easy fix, and the technician was very kind and up front gave me a discounted rate. I happily paid for the services rendered since I was stumped on it for many weeks at that point.
Vending machines on residential properties are not necessarily their bread and butter, but for those who do dabble please be upfront with what you have and certainly consider their expertise. They don't do the electromechanical or payment stuff on machines, but they're brave enough to go head first with the refrigeration part.

My restaurant fridge stoped cooling, and I call this company for repair. Technician showed up same day and check everything very carefully. He explain the problem and fix very fast. Price was fair, and now fridge works perfectly again. Very good service, highly recommended!

He came promptly but tried to charge me an extra $25 for coming on a Sunday which was never mentioned. Also, another part of the fridge ended up cracking and flooding my whole condo a day after he came to try and sell me a different part and a whole new control board.

All of a sudden my fridge sounded like an airplane ready to take off! I called Fridge Guys, Michael answered and came out that same day. He assessed the situation, had a solution to the problem right away, came back with the part next day. My fridge is quieter than it has ever been. Finally I found a reputable refrigerator repair company!!! To say that my Samsung refrigerator repair story has been a nightmare would be an understatement. I fought with Home Depot and their warranty, I filed a claim with the BBB, demanded arbitration with Samsung, all to get me a $500 offer for my Samsung french door refrigerator. Needless to say I basically gave up and thought that I would either throw it away or have to just pay a tech to come out every 6 months or so to have my poorly designed Samsung refrigerator defrosted on the back panel. These fridges are known to freeze up on the back panel, thereby freezing up the drainage tube, freezing up the fan and then causing your fridge to run warm. The only way I was told by 3 different techs over the past 2 years was to either order a new mother board or junk the fridge. The time to get my fridge defrosted again came along yesterday when the fan started making noise again. This is usually a sign that the back panel was freezing up and the fan blade was rubbing against the ice.

Thank you God because along came the Fridge Guys and their 5 star Google rating (queue the angelic music)!!! Adrian came out to my house on time as scheduled the following day. It was within about 12 hours from my call. Adrian took apart the back of the fridge and had it defrosted in about 20 minutes. This same task took the last guy I hired about 2 hours. Adrian absolutely knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem immediately. He made a suggestion that no one had made before; to install an aftermarket heating wire that would defrost the top of the back of the fridge where the frost/ice would start from. This will eliminate the freezing of the back panel. Brilliant! He also installed a new temperature sensor as the last tech had melted it with his heat gun. Adrian told me that he is only to use a steamer because any heat gun or hair dryer can melt the components and destroy the fridge. He also gave me a solution to my ice maker issues/ freezing up/ ice getting jammed. I went with his recommendations and am very pleased with the friendly service, speed of the work, and final result.

Ultimately I am very, very happy with Adrian and the Fridge Guys. Finally an honest tech who knew what he was doing. There are a bunch of appliance repair companies out there but these guys really know their stuff. I highly highly highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their Samsung fridge or any fridge for that matter.

Do not hesitate, give them a call. You will be very happy you did. I finally did and put an end to my Samsung refrigerator issues for good! They truly were a blessing to me and my family.
