I called the refrigerator guy Friday and was scheduled the same day. The technician said the repairs were done . He said it would take 24 hrs to cool. I called back 2 hours later, my refrigerator wasn't cooling. He said call back Sunday, these are for emergencies. I called Sunday and now he said we have to reschedule for Monday. Bill shit, they said Sunday was for emergencies, I WANT MY $460.00 BACK! Now my food is spoiling

So you said you were processing my return, why are changing your mind.

I explained your technician left before checking to see if my refrigerator was working. HE also left for 2 hours and then returned, all for a $25.00 discount.

My ice maker went out. Adrian from Fridge Man came diagnosed and fixed my unit. It was expensive but I have never had a service tech call me hours later to make sure everything was working. I would not hesitate using Fridge Man in the future. Professionalism is so rare.

Schedules online for the next day, Arman came exactly on time as scheduled, very friendly, finished within an hour, price was excellent. Will definitely work with them again, hopefully not very soon!

I spoke with Michael about mold removal. He was very insightful and detailed about treatment. He provided tips to ensure it was safely treated as well as how to treat. Very knowledgable and fair priced as well. Will definitely return to his company for any help and repairs needed!

Michael from Fridge Guys was great. Our refrigerator stopped getting cold on Christmas day and he was able to make it out within a few hours of my call. He was very professional, respectful and informative so that we would not have this issue again. My husband and I were super grateful to have someone available at such a busy time.
