Replaced new toilet, for broken toilet. The boys arrived wearing their masks. They did a great job. Very respectful and through. Kept me informed of their arrival time.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The demanded change order money without seeing the job. The manager, Jason said it was for parts and time. Then he told me it’s because Handy, a Wayfair service provider doesn’t pay then enough so they make up for it by charging a, “change order”. To me this is misrepresentation of services and reflects poorly on Wayfair and terrible in Handy, as Handy doesn’t provide the service direct, they use inconsiderate subcontractors. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL TO A SERVICE PROVIDER BECAUSE THEY DON’T PERFORM THE SERVICE IN-HOUSE AND CHEAP A SUBCONTRACTOR. I will post this review on Handy’s and Wayfair’s website. .

Advance for repairs is a very professional, very prompt and he’s very knowledgeable. They’re always my go to selection. They handle every possible repair that I need as a property manager. They even have a very courteous front desk .
