I have used Jaosn twice now. First time I've reached out to use a handyman to get items worked on properties that I manage and I have no complaints. Seems to be competitively priced and shows up when he says he will. I will continue to use.

I was extremely pleased with the service and communication. They helped me on short notice, did a great job, and helped with extra work that I didn’t know I needed for my companies podcast studio. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.

Jason Petillo of Advanced Home Repairs in Inglewood CA was assigned my toilet installation job by Handy Technologies, Inc., the company used by Lowe's Home Improvement to arrange installations. On the morning the job was scheduled, a few minutes before the end of the service window I was given, I received a call from Jason saying that he was running late, but would arrive between noon and 1:00. No problem. At about 3:30, I received a message from Jason through the Handy app, saying he was running late and would contact me when he was on his way. I never heard back, even in reply to a text message.

The next day, I telephoned Handy and explained the situation. I had already responded to their text and email saying there was a problem. On the call, I was assured that Jason would call me, and in any event, he would arrive for the job between 10:00 am and noon.

As you may have guessed, Jason was never heard from again. Don't get strung along by this unreliable man.

Jason came to replace our broken garbage disposal. He was friendly, considerate to cleanliness, and quick and efficient in completing the repair. It was a very easy experience! I would definitely contact him for any future services.

Wonderful experience! Jason made everything so easy. He was on time, with the part needed already, and he barely took 5 mins to install. He also went above and beyond what was expected by oiling the window and cleaning the window panes. I couldn't be happier! Thank you.

So professional, and good quality work. Exactly the handyman service I have been searching for! They stacked my washer/drier and built me a pantry to make my kitchen much more functional, and were very easy to work with throughout.

We used Advanced Home Repair through the Lowes website when we purchased a new toilet online. Eva immediately called us to set up an installation time - just 2 days later! From then on we communicated and confirmed our appointment through text messages. Jason arrived on time and did a great installation job, even vacuuming after! We are so pleased that my husband showed him other projects we need help with around the house and we will be using them for those!

I'd never recommend hiring them for any concrete work. They showed a complete lack of care for the client's home and equipment, claiming it didn't work without making an effort to fix it. Their workmanship is appalling - I've seen worse. They're quick to leave once the job is done, with no concern for quality or customer satisfaction. Zero stars wouldn't be enough if I could give them that rating. It was clear they were struggling with the task and didn't put in any effort.
