Tim wasawesome diagnosing and repairing our subzero fridge. He responded at the end of the day on a Friday to clean and diagnose the fridge issues to get us through the weekend, then quickly ordered parts and had the fridge repaired by the next week. Special shout out to Arthur who helped with the repair and is one of the friendliest and most skilled guys around. Really appreciate you guys!

I had two other companies come out to repair the water dispenser switch (water and ice continuously flowed through unless it was locked) on my 5-year-old LG fridge. The first company, misaligned the face plate and made it more difficult to remove for the second company. The second company couldn't figure out how to get the stuck face plate off and the light stayed on after they left. My Appliance Crew was my third attempt at getting the water dispenser switch repaired. Tim was professional, savvy and made the repair seem quick and easy. The part was readily available in his car and the repair cost was reasonable, especially in comparison to other quotes received from places like Geek Squad. I found My Appliance Crew through Chat GPT and will definitely use them again for future repairs.
