I called Cactus Appliance Repair after giving up on getting my refrigerator serviced by Samsung. Samsung quoted me $140 just to send someone out the following week to come take a look at my fridge. I called Cactus Appliance around 12pm and I had the repair man at my door by 1pm, the diagnostic fee was $79 and goes towards the total repair cost. Truly a quick and professional business!!
Unfortunately, the part I need for my fridge isn't available until April so I will be purchasing a new fridge. However, the technician was very helpful in giving me useful information for purchasing a new fridge.
