Max showed up on time ready to go to work. Nice appearance and friendly. Our older Maytag simply needed some code reset and minor appliance repair. Max took her thru 2 cycles and now runs like a top. Fair and reasonable cost. Would strongly recommend for appliance repair.

I recently used Sub Zero Repair Irvine when my Sub-Zero refrigerator started warming up and the freezer section was slowly losing its cold temperature. I was worried I would lose a lot of food, but they were able to schedule a same-week appointment. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing evaporator fan, and explained everything in a simple way before starting the repair. He had the part with him and was able to fix it during the same visit. Since the repair, the fridge has been running perfectly and holding temperature like it should. The service was professional, fast, and very reliable.

Ray is the greatest technician ever. And if this review was for him it would be 5 stars. But honestly the customer service of Cesar’s and the booking is a nightmare. They have outsourced it and the associates speak horrible English, they call at 9pm, just assign appointments without even calling to try to schedule.

If I didn’t feel that I trusted Ray to do the repair perfectly I would’ve found another company.

The technician, Peter, showed up within the window provided and called before arriving. In short order he was able to ascertain what the problem was and give me an estimate. He came back an hour later and put in the new part. He took the time to show me the burnt out thermostat and showed me how it registered twice as many ohms as the new part. It was a great experience all around. The company called to confirm the appointment and I got an email reminder also. I highly recommend Caesar's

The technician, Jay, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had about the procedure. Caesar’s Appliance Service is tops in my opinion. 5 out of 5 stars is well deserved. Victor installed the water line for our refrigerator and hooked up our washer and dryer. He was prompt, efficient, and professional with a friendly attitude. He was very helpful in making suggestions and even fixed another little problem we were having. I would recommend his services to anyone in need.

Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Samsung refrigerator, ordered the needed parts, and returned in a few days to complete the repairs. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I have been a customer of Caesar’s for over 20 years and recommend them highly.

Jay came out to service my dishwasher and found I had a piece that needed replacing I chose not to repair it and purchased a new dishwasher. I was called the day before delivery for the time window, then a call the day of to let me know when Jay would arrive. Jay was wonderful, he was very courteous and put everything back the way it was.

Then Roger and Gabriel delivered my new dishwasher. They put it in, it went smooth as could be. They both were courteous and respectful. I really appreciate Caesar's appliance, their staff and process for repairs, purchasing & delivering. I have purchaded from them before.

Victor was such a good representative of his company. Actually was there just a couple of minutes after the beginning of my window! He advised me of their payment policy, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and out the door he went, letting me know about the warranty. I will ask for him specifically in the future. VERY happy with the service I got.
