Repeat customer here. We’ve called and used restart appliances some many times over the last few years. They are my go to repair company anytime any of my appliances break at my restaurant or my home. Only one that’s saved in my phone. Michael is amazing, super honest fair and very competent.

I was in need of a good company to repair a leaking washing machine. I found Restart on Yelp and sent a message Friday morning. I had quick communications and estimate sent to me. The estimate was reasonable and we set a time for that afternoon. Mike arrived on time and was professional and polite. He fixed our washing machine in under 2 hours, and he had to move our dryer because we have the machines stacked. He was careful moving everything, which i really appreciated.
We also scheduled him to come back to do a routine cleaning and maintenance on our dryer and he ordered a part for our convection oven, and got that back to operating for us!

Mike was amazing! I called him because my dishwasher was leaking from the bottom when the machine was in use and it was pushing out a lot of water on the floor. I looked up appliance repair in my local area and Mike’s company popped up. I was in need of an immediate remedy so I decided to give him a try. I reached out to him on a Friday early afternoon and he was at my house by the late afternoon. He diagnosed my dishwasher in 15 minutes and told me what needed to be repaired. I approved his quote since it was very reasonable and much less than replacing the dishwasher. He ordered the parts Friday evening, received the parts from his distributor by Saturday afternoon, and by Sunday morning, my dishwasher was fixed and working like brand new! The oven stopped working at our rental property, which is obviously not OK for our tenants. The tech responded to me almost immediately when I called. He asked good questions, sourced the correct part at his expense, made an appointment, arrived on time, with the correct part, and fixed the oven quickly without damaging our wood floors or making a mess.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and our tenants are delighted. Restart is more expensive than other providers we've used for solving this problem (the problem has happened before; the oven igniter goes bad and needs to be replaced) but the professionalism is probably 3X the other guys and for us, in this situation, it was worth it.

I contacted Restart Appliances in need of a new heating coil and to clean between the glass on the doors of my double ovens. I had streaks of food that dripped between the glass that could not be reached. Also, I could no longer see inside my oven without opening the doors.
