Tommy came out to my house to fix our oven. He was on time, very courteous on introduction. Put on booties to protect our floor and went straight to the kitchen oven. He thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the problem. Then gave me an estimate of cost. Which was fair and accepted. Then proceeded to replace the defective part. All this was done in a very short time, clean, neat, and efficient. Then demonstrated a now working oven. Can't compliment his service and personality enough. Saved us at the start of the holiday season with family arriving.

My refrigerator water hose started leaking overnight and water was everywhere. It was Sunday morning and I started calling around for an appliance repair specialist. This is a great company from the first time you speak to the person who answers the phone, to the tech who comes to fix your appliance. I called them out to fix my dryer which I was pretty sure had a broken belt in the back and it was in fact what the problem was. Their price was really reasonable and the technician did a great job while he was there he mentioned that my washing machine could use a repair to the seal around the door and he got the part and they made an appointment to come back and also fixed that. They did a great job on both and were a pleasure to deal with.

Our refrigerator stopped working, called Kitchen Aid to setup appointment. They mentioned sealed parts are within warranty, I had to pay for diagnosis, labor for repair. They scheduled tech for same day appointment and technician canceled. Provider did not have another tech until after holidays. I turned to yelp and found Tommy, and one more tech. I scheduled both to make sure I am covered. Both gave same diagnosis, similar quote - inventor had to be changed. I proceeded with Tommy as he was the first one to show up. He is knowledgeable and gave good pricing (even without knowing compete situation). He was able to fix the refrigerator next morning as promised. Ended up being much quicker and economical than Kitchen Aid technician. Thanks Tommy for quick turnaround and fix.
