My commercial ice maker broke down and Mikhail came to service the machine and our machine has so many issues. Our tech did an amazing job to expedite the repair because we were having to buy ice daily which was very costly. Mikhail went out of his way to find the parts, came to fix the machine as soon as he got them and the machine is now functioning again. I cannot thank Mikhail enough for saving the day. Such an honest and trustworthy individual. I Highly highly recommend this company. You’ll never find better service than this!

Mike showed up was very thorough and his diagnosis installed the part and the water heater is working properly. Communicated well use them again.

Very thankful to the guys at ReStart appliance repair for their help. I had an emergency for some unknown reason, suddenly water leaked under my refrigerator and flooded the entire kitchen. My husband and I tried to solve the problem ourselves, but we weren't even able push the refrigerator out. We urgently started calling all the companies at 9PM in the evening, but no one responded. We called ReStart and left a voice message. We were already desperate but after a couple of minutes owner Mike called back himself. After hearing us and realizing that everything was very urgent, he immediately arrived late in the night and first of all, cut off the water in the whole house. Then, after diagnosing, he found the problem and showed that the hose of the ice maker had just burst. As a result, the problem was resolved on the spot by installing a new hose. I just have no words to express my gratitude to Mike for saving our floors and helping that night. Thank you so much!! Also, I want to note that despite the fact that he came late in the night and overtime, the price for the repair was absolutely adequate. Thanks again! In case of a problem, now we know for sure whom to call!

I had a previous HVAC maintenance company with a technician that told me that he couldn't change one of my filters and didn't help me configure my DAIKIN thermostat.
Called ReStart to come help - and they delivered. First off they were extremely responsive - came the next day. The technician was very professional, showed me what was happening with my filters, spotted that the filters wasn't snug enough, helped me configure the thermostat, changed the filters that the other guys failed at.
I can't say enough nice things about them - they are great!

Prompt service. Was here the very next day, figured out the issue with my dryer and within an hour was done. Friendly, walked you through his findings, what he was going to do, then did a 10 minute test run to make sure all was working. Highly recommended.

Mike, the repair man came out and explained the problem that we were having and why it continued to persist after getting our oven repaired a few months prior. Mike had the correct part, versus, the first time when our oven was repaired, a universal part was used and not one that’s standard for Whirpool. He also provided a 3 month warranty on the part. His price was very fair and he was able to fix the oven that day and quickly.

My freezer unexpectedly stopped working, so I called Restart. They responded right away and took care of the issue without any problems. Above all, they were reasonably priced, punctual, and kind. In case we needed to employ them again, they offered to set up follow-up appointments.
They are highly recommended for any appliance service you may require!

Mike and his partner from ReStart were awesome - we had a freezer door hinge that had rusted so badly the door wouldn't close anymore without forcing it - and it's a built-in freezer so we knew the job wouldn't be easy. But Mike came by and was super communicative and honest about the level of work, getting the parts, and making it easy for my wife and I to understand the problem and what it would take to fix it. They worked late on a Friday night to make sure the freezer door and my ice maker flap (also broken and was leaking cold air) were fixed as perfectly as they could be. They were clean, organized, and walked us through every part of the fix to show us that each area was repaired and back to normal. We would definitely use ReStart again and recommend them to anyone in the area!

I had Mike come out and take a look at my washing machine that was leaking like Niagra falls. He quickly identified the two issues that were causing the leak and provided some rough estimates for the repairs. He was very honest and told me it was better to replace the washing machine vs repair it due to the age and condition of it. He came out within less than 2 hours of me calling him and was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely call him again for any future needs.

Mike was extremely professional while repairing our refrigerator/freezer in our garage. He actually got excited when he realized it was fixable. It's a 20+ year old appliance but had been good to us. It was cold but not freezing. Mike diagnosed the problem very quickly and repaired it.
The price was definitely within reason and we are happy to have our freezer to stock soups this winter!!
