I was referred to Alpha & Omega appliance Repair by my home warranty. They called me the same day as my claim was filed for inoperable oven. Appointment Was set up for next day. Tommy/ technician came on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After checking the oven he immediately diagnosed the problem. He ordered parts and came back in a timely manner to replace the fan. The oven is working properly with no issues. I will continue using this company and would highly recommend them.

Great technicians. I requested service for no water flowing through my new washer. Turns out the water was just shut off. They normally have a service charge fee but made an exception for me in this case. Will definitely call them back for any service in the future

Being rather new to the area, I reached out to a neighbor for an appliance repair recommendation and she recommended Tommy with Alpha Omega. He was very quick to respond and diagnose the issue with our ice maker, ordered the necessary parts and made the repairs working around my schedule. After the repair I asked him to diagnose an issue with our microwave. He spent 30 minutes dismantling it and making a quick fix repair and putting it back in working order for no additional charge.
