Had a part break on my LG washer. After a little Google-ing and You-Tube-ing, I thought I could do it myself, but others in my household believed (with prior evidence) otherwise. Was looking for same-day service over the weekend. Multiple providers were quick to respond, but had me for Monday or Tuesday service. A&O was able to do same day, had parts on-hand, and gave a solid estimate based on photos and part #s I found from LG site. Tommy came out, did the work, confirmed my family was right about my abilities, and sent a follow-up message a few days later to make sure everything was working well.

It was always a very close call wanted to repair my LG refrigerator which is only about 5 years old or just buy a new one I trusted Tommy and what he told me he needed to be done to repair it even though the repairs didn't go perfectly at first, he continued to come back and rework it until it was perfect. My freezer was having issues. Sent request via Yelp and got a very timely response.. Was able fit me in the next day. Kept me updated of times and ETA. Diagnosed and fixed the issues.. No up sell . Honest , expert workmanship.. On top of that decent rates and great guy to work with. Only guy I call now for any major appliance issues..

I could not ask for better service. Tony came within 30 minutes of scheduling to install my gas dryer--even on a Sunday. Excellent professional work and extremely reasonable pricing as well. I cannot recommend him enough and he'll be my go to guy for further projects.

This is a good company. I’m happy especially with the service provided by Tommy. My fridge’s water line acted up again and cracked at a different spot, spraying water all over the floor. Tommy fixed a similar issue before, but this time he came out and fixed it without charging. 5-star service!

I called Tommy for my Speed Queen washer repair. He sent his tech over the same day and he found a broken and deteriorated drive belt needed to be repaired. He replaced it and then they found another problem with the motor. they tried to replace that, but it still did not fix the problem. He recommended at that point that the damage was total. He took back the belt and motor and only charged me for the initial diagnosis even though they spent many hours attempting to fix it. High praise for their effort and honesty.
