They did a fabulous job with my refrigerator. I had a fan that was making a lot of noise. It's an older refrigerator and was hopping the repair cost was better that replacing it and it was. Their showup fee was very reasonable and much less that other companies that I contacted to check out the problem. This company was very economical and they fixed it quickly. They had to order a part which was expected and they came back to install the part very in just a few days. I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs.

Evgenll worked hard, ordered the part (a door latch), but was not able to repair the dishwasher and therefore reteturned my payment, which I thought was an honorable outcome.

Needed dishwasher service fast as dishwasher was leaking. They came right away, figured out a piece was broken, ordered it, came back and installed it. Working good as new. Professional, clean, knowledgeable. Will use them again if an appliance breaks.

Anton showed up on time and found 2 issues with my ice maker. He even had to go to home depot to get a part. He did great. I called yesterday and was able to get my problem solved immediately.

Best Service tech was on time and explained the problem with the refrigerator. He was able to give a price for repair and we ordered the parts as a deposit. Gave a time of up to 1 week for parts to arrive and be installed. Very professional.

We had a damaged washing machine cord and they came and fixed it! Ordered the correct cord from LG and installed it, everything works good as new! Will definitely use them again in the future for other repairs!!

I called Best Appliance Repair on a Friday afternoon. They came to my home in Newport Beach on Monday morning on time and in hour plus, my washing machine runs great. It's been 3 weeks. Many washes since. Anton does great work!

Very professional service he came in and diagnosed my dryer. Kenmore repair told me, I needed a whole new dryer and that it could not be fixed. But no, it was just the timer on the dryer, and it was diagnosed correctly. Saved me a lot of money it was about a $220 job including parts.. That would have cost at least 8 to 900 Just for a new dryer. would recommend to everyone.

Excellent service. I recently used Best appliance repair for a washing machine repair and I'm extremely happy with their service. First off they came out promptly to diagnose the problem, which they only charge $15, and he quickly found the problem. We had to wait a few days for the hose, the washer is about 40 years old! It's a Maytag and they don't make them like this anymore so it was worth fixing. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any appliance repair in the future. They send Russel right away, it’s not a complicated problem, very easy task for Russel. He know exactly what to do and he has the replacement part too. The name says it all BEST SERVICE. Dylan was great. He worked in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess that was made. We had our washer and dryer serviced and so far have not had any issues.
