Sergei was the nicest & very professional gentleman that fixed our washing machine! He had to order a couple parts but made sure they were delivered in half the time he quoted! It’s so great dealing with very reputable smart people!

Our washer broke two days before a big vacation. Metro had a tech to our house that day and they fixed it the next day. The tech had a full schedule, but he came to our house at 7 PM to ensure we could wash our clothes that night. So glutch and very much appreciated!

Called on a Monday, expecting to get in line for repair. Got an appointment on the same day, with a three hour window. The Technician showed up within the window, ten minutes later he diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost to repair. I agreed and the unit was back up and running in about thirty minutes. Very Impressed!!

My freezer leaked and they sent a tech the same day. He fixed everything in a couple of hours. Sergius was pleasant and pro. Happy customer.

My Jenn Air Built in 2017 freezer side need gasket replacement. Jenn air recommended to use certified Jenn Air but it turn out the Jenn Air tech can’t do it but Metro has 17 years experience know it all. He get it fixed and working good. He’s busy so be patient. Price is fair. Cheaper than any Jenn Air certified tech. Good job and thank you.

I schedule this for Friday or Saturday but they able to squeeze me in to fix the dryer.. now my wife could finish drying the clothes 😂😂😂 but thank you guys for the fast respond and fixing my issue 5/5
