Aman from Smart Appliance Fix showed up on time and was able to troubleshoot my squeaky Samsung dryer and fix the issue. While he was here , I asked him to look at an issue in my Samsung refrigerator which he was able to repair. He did an amazing job on both. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend them to fix your appliances. If you can request Aman, I would highly recommend him for the work. I will use them again for any future appliance repairs.

Yes Aman - was great! He showed up on time diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. Another company had said they had changed out the rollers only two months ago (they lied and gave me used rollers that fell apart)

I was able to get a next day appointment. Aman from Smart Appliance Fix showed up on time. Diagnosed my problem on Samsung dryer, showed me the difference between the damaged parts and the new parts. Repaired my dryer in less than hour. He was respectful and courteous. He also made sure the rest of my dryer was ok. I highly recommend him and will use him again if I need to.

I have used Smart Appliance Fix 4 times in the last six months for several of my aging appliances that I am not prepared to replace.

Refrigerator in my kitchen stopped working. I called Smartappliancefix on Friday around 5pm, talked to Aman, explained the problem with my fridge and he agreed to come to fix it - that was good for me because I didn't want to spend my weekend with broken fridge, really worried about losing the food!

Aman was quickly able to determine the problem, the issue was not compressor, as my roommate worried, but actually failed fan inside had allowed the coils to freeze up. He answered all my roommate's questions and had a replacement part in his car with him. He also diagnosed why the ice-maker wasn't working without me asking, and told me there was a plug of ice in the filler tube from a leaky valve.

The guy accepted payment by Venmo, convenient for me! and he even taught me how to remove and reinstall the freezer door so I could clean the freezer interior while all the food was already unloaded for the repair. Fixing cost was not expensive at all, thanks!

Overall I'm very happy with this company’s repair and based on this single repair, it was courteous, professional, very reasonable, I thoroughly recommend him, I would use their services again if anything else breaks in my place.

When the front panel of our Bosch dishwasher broke off, our immediate thought was, we'll need to buy another one. They run about $1K, a hefty price tag! We thought getting the dishwasher repaired would cost half as much, but Aman at Smart Appliance Fix was very reasonable. He showed up on time, had booties on his feet to protect the floor, and very quickly replaced the control panel. He didn't even charge us a diagnostic fee (full disclosure: we gave him the part number before he arrived, and he brought it with him so he didn't have to come for a second visit). My dryer was no longer heating so I called Smart Appliance Fix and they were able to send someone out same day. Aman arrived about an hour and a half later. Upon arriving he was very friendly and professional. He was able to efficiently identify that the issue was the thermostat. He had the part on hand and quickly installed it. Additionally, he performed some general maintenance on the dryer.
