I called Smart Appliance Fix because my washing machine was not spinning and sounded as though it had come off the track. We made an appointment for Aman to check it out. Before the scheduled appointment, Aman called to have me troubleshoot a few things over the phone. The things he mentioned/suspected about the machine were right on. He told me that the repairs would cost more than a new machine. My husband and I had done a little research beforehand and had thought the same thing. Aman just confirmed our findings. Arrived in the given window, was very professional and checked dryer and found the problem which was not as bad as I had thought. Showed me the two parts that needed replacing and their price. If you have a problem please check with Smart Appliance and their contract people, in my case Baisel Appliance Repair, first before spending a large amount on a new machine. One year warranty and a discount was included. Honest, good service, friendly and professional.

He helped me diagnose the potential issues by pictures and gave me a quote first. He is very professional and provides nice service. He came on time and kept all the area clean. I called Smart Appliance Fix at 1:00PM.
They scheduled same day service between 5 and 7 PM, which worked for us. Aman was our technician and he texted me his projected arrival time so we knew exactly what to expect.
Aman arrived and diagnosed the problem with our LG Front Load Washer right away. Within an hour our appliance was fixed and now I can wash laundry again. Highly recommend.
