We had issues with our Zephyr Hood range , its completely lost a power. Contacted manufacture, they did sent parts quick. I reached MDTECH as soon parts arrived and technician was here in next hour. Wonderful service

Absolutely excellent! I had a long running issue with my range hood being SO LOUD in our newly remodeled home - MD Tech was recommended to me by the manufacturer, and rightly so- they were able to diagnose the issue quickly - it was not installed right, using flexible ducting instead of proper rigid ducting. And the reason WHY was because there was a tube in the way. MD Tech was able to work around it properly and get my range hood operating properly! So pleased

They ordered the part and solved the problem within 2 days, as I wished. The technician was polite and the most important thing for me was that he was on time. I really appreciate it.
