Nick was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, punctual, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He came out to repair my dishwasher and initially thought the drain pump might need to be replaced. However, instead of jumping straight to a costly repair, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue and discovered that a small piece of glass was actually causing the drain to malfunction.

He easily could have replaced the pump and charged me for it, but his honesty and integrity really stood out. As soon as he found the glass, he fixed the problem without recommending unnecessary work. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and detail-oriented these days.

Aman was able to order the parts to replace our old LG washer control board. I had contacted LG who could not help. They could not get the necessary parts. We had hired another repairman who promised to order the parts, but he never returned. Aman is a man of his word and did a amazing job!
