They did fast, efficient, and reasonably priced work on my washer machine . The technician was very clear about which items he needed to replace and the cost. I will call them again.

Very competitive trip charge ($70 versus KitchenAid $150). Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the cause of a freezer door not ceiling fully A piece of food had lodged behind the food drawer, prohibiting the door from closing fully and letting Warm air into the freezer constantly. That completely resolved the problem in 15 minutes.

Less ethical person could’ve easily convinced me that I need to rip and replace the gasket around the door. I would guess that this would cost. Several hundred dollars. But this is not the way that he does business clear.

There was no up charge to the trip charge for fixing the problem. This is a trustworthy business that will take great care of you! I can assure you, I kept his business card!

Fixed the fridge, came quickly, provided a warranty, and did a free diagnosis. I'm really happy with the service. Highly recommend

Great service from ASRS! My Asko dishwasher stopped draining and Nik was able to come the same day I called and resolve the issue. He was very neat and professional and left the workspace as clean as when he came. In addition he gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future problems. If I have appliance problems in the future it’s good to know that I can call ASRS for reliable service.

So glad I called Appliance Service&Repair Specialists ! My fridge started making a weird humming noise and the temperature kept creeping up.
