When I called, I explained what was happening with our Bosch dishwasher, and I was walked through a few scenarios of what could be wrong. The tech asked me to check the valves under the sink, and that’s what it turned out to be. The dishwasher is working fine and I didn’t need a service call. It was very nice of him to take the time to help me out.

I was looking for Sub-Zero refrigerator repair in Newport Beach because my fridge started acting up and wasn’t holding temperature. I first called Box Appliances, but they were booked out for about two weeks. I found My Appliance Crew online, read through the reviews, and they looked legit, so I gave them a call.
They actually did an excellent job—very professional and thorough. The tech explained everything clearly, replaced the condenser fan, and did a full cleaning of the coil. They also showed me an issue with the drain pan, which I didn’t even know my refrigerator had.
Now the fridge is working perfectly and cooling like new. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them

Our Thermador oven wasn’t regulating the temperature properly, which made cooking almost impossible. We called More Than a Fix Appliance Repair in Irvine, and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue.

Our sub zero fridge at our rental property in Irvine was making a very loud noise. I called a few companies, a few didn’t even pick up the phone the rest said they do not work on sub zero products. I’m so glad I found More Than a Fix. From the moment they answered the phone it sounded like they are pros. Sure enough Joel arrived same day and fixed the issue on the spot. Fridge is working perfect now and the loud sound is gone. 5 stars all the way. If you have sub zero products I would recommend give them a try.

MDTECH was truly amazing! Our refrigerator was older with hard to find parts and they worked extremely hard to find the parts and in a timely manner to get the refrigerator repaired quickly. They were very professional, on time and fairly priced. Their communication was great, they also kept us updated throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them!

Our home warranty company assigned MDTECH Appliance Repair to diagnose and repair our clothes dryer. They were professional, and very communicative. Serge was friendly, on time and worked efficiently to diagnose the potential issues. The parts came in quickly and he returned promptly to complete the repairs. It has only been a few days, but so far, everything seems to be working great. We appreciated their follow up and reassurance that if anything comes up, we can reach back out to them.

The tech,, whose name is Paul, was rather surly and abrupt. Although he serviced our refrigerator and fixed the self defrost drain, he complained the whole time, claiming that he had too much work. I’m uncertain whether the refrigerator is fixed correctly, but we’ll have to wait and see. I would not use this company again.
