Tim B went above and beyond. He called early to let me know the part was in. He arrived earlier than expected however within the time he specified. He also stayed around in order to make sure the appliance worked as required before leaving. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Tim and the My Appliance Crew were excellent. Solved a complex dryer and water leak issue. Timely, kept us updated with texts, followed through on all next steps, found a part, and was thorough and professional. I was ghosted by another service and Tim did an evening call to help solve an issue and was able to get it resolved by getting g a part in next day asap. Really great service! Would highly recommend for appliance issues.

i'm a returning client and have been happy with their service. my washer needed repair. tim came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. he sent me the invoice the next day and i paid the bill plus gave a 50 tip bc of the quick service. he was supposed to come out in a day, or two but never did. i called their number and left a vm. the next day i still had no response so a left a 2nd vm. still not a word from them,i left a 3rd vm the next day, nothering. the next day i left a vm asking for a full refund of my 300 i paid. still not a word from them. i called amx the next day and they gave the 300 credit from the bill i paid. STAY AWAY, something is definately wrong with this firm, but they used to great:((

Tim arrived in less than two hours to diagnose my elderly dryer. He clearly explained needed repairs which helped me decide whether to fix it or buy a new one. I decided to do the repairs and Tim came back the next day with the parts needed to get the job done. It's like a brand new dryer now! Tim was friendly and professional and I will definitely contact the Appliance Crew again for any needed repairs.

I had made an appointment and took the day off from work for a Saturday morning with a different repair company that failed to show up when I phoned about them, I was told they couldn’t get to me until Tuesday. I found My Appliance Crew on Google-Made on online appointment and he was at my house within one hour- on a Saturday evening! My dryer was up and running immediately For less $$ than the other company’s price. I am shocked and impressed with the service I received. I will never think about calling any other repair company again! Thank you for showing up so quickly; for being so helpful and informative ( and patiently taking the time to educate me about my appliance’s issue).

We had our Electrolux induction range repaired by Tim. He was very fast to reply to not only our first request to inspect the range, but also with future messages on status updates and the repair appointment. Additionally, he checked up on us about a week after the repair to make sure everything was good. He was very good at letting us know in advance accurate cost of repair. I highly recommend using his services.

Wow, I am impressed! It`s not easy to find a service company that does Electrolux appliances repair in Orange County. But I found these guys online and they seemed legit. Technician Erick came on time within a 20-min prior notice. We had problems bioth with the Electrolux washer and th dryer. Erick was able to fix the issue with dryer right away, and the washer required an additional visit due to failed water valve. The next day the washer was also fixed - now I can do my laundry again!

Our experience with this company, and our Tech (Tim) was fast, easy and reasonably priced. He fixed the Maytag dryer blade on the interior of dryer and showed up on time, was clean cut and friendly. 😊

I scheduled my repair at 10:30pm for 8-10am the next day. Tim arrived around 9am and got our fridge working and ordered the display board and installed the next day. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using this company.

I needed an older Dacor stove top telescope exhaust repaired.
Before finding Tim I called on an online ad and paid a $700 deposit before seeing the one star rating. I cancelled but they refused to refund the deposit. They had hugely inflated the price of parts and I had to cut my loses.
I was given Tim’s number from Ken who came to see what new stove top and exhaust would fit in the space. My stove top was too wide and nothing would fit. I was not ready to remodel my kitchen. He recommended I call Tim at My Appliance Crew to fix it and gave me his number. He said he was the best in the business and honest.
Tim came the same day. He didn’t just look at the stove top and give a quote. He was under the cabinet and knew his stuff. He told me what I needed and showed me why I didn’t need what the other company was selling me. He didn’t inflate the price of parts or try to up sell me.
He ordered the parts and returned to finish the job today. I also needed to replace a knob. He sent me the link to order it. It arrives tomorrow. He’s honest, he fixed the problem and the price was excellent. Don’t waste your money and time like I did. My Appliance Crew are the pros.

Was told for two months that they could handle the job, but in the end, after many many follow ups, I was told they could not assist. They did end up refunding my deposit in full eventually.

What I appreciated most is his honesty of what our different options are for the compressor of our fridge(unlike some companies just out to profit without consideration of the customer).
